Interesting Info
Here you will find some facts about the Quebec Nordiques that you may or may not be aware of.

The Second Logo

The year before the Quebec Nordiques were shipped off to Denver, the club had planned on introducing this image as their new logo. Information on it is sketchy; there is little to indicate whether this was to be the club's Third Logo (much like the bear for the Boston Bruins), or if it was to replace the stylized n.

The Lindros Trade

In 1991, Eric Lindros was chosen first overall in the NHL Entry Draft by the Quebec Nordiques. He refused to play for Quebec and was traded to the Philadelphia Flyers in 1992 for Peter Forsberg, Steve Duchesne, Kerry Huffman, Mike Ricci, Chris Simon, Ron Hextall, Jocelyn Thibault, a first-round pick in 1994, and cash.

Those Other Nordiques?

Yes, that's right, Quebec was not the only city with a team named the Nordiques: The NAHL had the Maine Nordiques from 1973-77, and the USHL had the Anoka Nordiques from 1979-79.
Logically, you have to ask yourself... why??
