The first thing that attracted me to this band was their image.. I love it. ^_^  Granted the spiked masks are kinda creepy, but combined with the pretty hair, makeup, and clothes, it's just kinda.. cool. ^_~  So when I first saw them I wasn't really sure what to expect from them musically.. but I took a long shot and guessed industrial, or something like Dir en grey.  I was way off. ;p  Punky thrash metal.. one of the fastest and rawest sounding visual bands I've ever heard.  The drumming is very fast.. and the guitar is played at an equally frenetic pace yet usually maintains a good rhythm (just forget about melody here).. and Kirala's screaming is just plain noisy.. hehe.  Their punk-tinged thrash metal also makes for quite the contradiction with the prettier aspects of their looks.  So they're good.. just not for mellow moods. ;p  Takayuki writes most of their music and Kirala does the lyrics usually.  They've been around for awhile as well.. since the mid-nineties.. and in that time they've become pretty well known in the Japanese indie metal scene. ^_^  And in case you're wondering.. no they don't have jaw deformities or anything. ^_~  I've seen photos of them not wearing masks and they're actually very pretty.. their makeup is as nice as their hair. ^_^  Some of the prettiest metalheads I've ever seen. ^_~ -THE PIASS- The Piass eGroup Back to Glamour & Suicide...
