Digimon World Dawn/Dusk
After Beating the Gaia Origin Challenge, the question may arise as to how to get more quests or unlock the other locations. I was only 64% done with the quests at that point.

Apparently, if you place or raise certain digimon in your digi farms, you will get new quests, and the new quests can lead to new locations.
If you talk to digimon around you -in your home, E, S, and N Areas (and possibly elsewhere in the two cities) they will give clues as to what digimon to put into your digifarms.
What is required may not be only a certain type of digimon (example: Mammothmon), but the digimon may also need to have a certain personality type (example: cool, wild)

Other possibilities:
going wifi at least once + becoming a Platinum Tamer

I think only placing beast, machiene, insect, and dark types in the digifarm will work for dusk and aquan, holy, bird, and dragon types will work for dawn because those are the types of quests for each version. For example, a compatable beast type placed in the dusk digifarm will ask you to go on a beast quest for it, or a holy digimon will give a holy quest in dawn, etc.

Later: I think this page lost a purpose for the better- A list of those digimon is on the page(of another site) that I linked to in my Dusk Review; I think its under "Special Quests." :) The digimon say to keep collecting more digimon. I have over 200 allied and 75% quests- the last I will post, but hope to get higher.
