comments :   It took me about 30 minutes to do this mod. There is very minimal risk and a great benifit to doing this. Don't be afraid to experiment. Perhaps an even better led could be found or an external power source with more leds.

comments :   One thing I haven't seen mentioned is that (to me at least) the reflection of the LED is much less intrusive than that of the bulb. If you own a lightshield, you must make this modification, simple as that.
