10-6-01 Interesting news about Pelican's Light Shield: It seems that it has been re-designed. The new design is said to include a white LED, a light sensor(sensor can be bypassed, but is supposed to control how much light you need according to the conditions you are playing in), and the shield runs on a single AAA battery opposed to the previous design which ran off of the GBA's link port.
I knew they would eventually release the shield with a white LED... Imagine how much FREE research and development Pelican (or any other company for that matter) could get from the information on this site?? I think that I, and everyone who has submitted projects to the site should get some reimbursement from Pelican. Who's with me on this? 
10-1-01 Moved to a new host. Gbalight.com is now being hosted at freewebsites.com (sorry about the pop up ads!). If you've tried to visit the site lately and received the
"over bandwidth" message, then you know why I've had to move the site.
Hopefully everything will go smoothly. For now, I'm leaving the guestbook at geocities. If they decide to kill my account I'll set up a guestbook somewhere else.
