History Our company, GB Audio, or more precisely, the Gouw Brother's Audio, has gone a very long way from the time it was only a figment of two people's imagination. A while ago, Marvin and Jason Gouw, putting their skills together, decided to build high quality speakers for themselves. The first speaker they built was a subwoofer. Inspired by their success, they continued to build bookshelves and central speakers. After having built several models of speakers, they decided to extend the idea further and started GB Audio At first, GB Audio was targeted for close friends who wanted high quality sound systems without paying a great deal for them. Our speakers aren't as expensive as the retails on comparable brand models because we make our own speakers, we don't need to spend lots of money renting an enormous warehouse/production facility and nor do we have to spend money on hundreds of employees. These factors contribute to the affordability of our high tech speakers. Soon, many of our friends started to purchase speakers from us. After a while, we decided to extend the company's influence further, onto the world wide web. And that is where we are now. Our expertise in high tech electronics and finely tuned enclosure calculations continue to put our products ahead of the competition. Research and quality remain to be our focus and we hope to continue with this tradition.
