Though traditionally
speakers are always tested out before they are bought, we believe that
our speakers are good enough to be backed by our 20 day money back guarantee.

- General Information:

- Minimum order
: There is no minimum order.
- Out of Stock
Items : Our Representatives will inform you of item availability
at the time of order. In the event we do not have stock available for
shipment at the time of order, we will ship the next available unit
to you.
- Pricing : The
prices listed in this catalog are payable in US dollars. All quantity
price breaks apply per individual part number only. Large quantity pricing
is available, call for quotations. Due to market fluctuation, prices
may change without notice.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Credit Card
: We use Billpoint's credit card service to process credit cards.
They are a safe and secure means of transaction.
- C.O.D. :
Sorry we currently do not accept C.O.D.s.
- Prepaid : Pay
with cashier's check, company check, or personal check. Personal and
company checks may be held for clearing of funds. Call our Customer
Support for weight and carrier estimates. In the event the purchase
amount is less than the prepaid amount, we will issue a credit on file
to apply to future purchases unless you tell us otherwise.
- Returned Checks
: a $30.00 returned check charge, plus any legal fees incurred,
will be added to the face amount of any check returned to GB Audio.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Shipping Methods
: We use UPS ground service to ship our products to only the 48
states. Shipping charges are determined by package weight/dimension
and shipping distance plus $5.00 handling fee.
- Insurance :
A nominal charge for insurance on orders above $100 will be added automatically
to your order (UPS charges 35 cents per $100 declared value).
- Other notes
: The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from GB
Audio for packages returned due to the following reasons :
- No money
- Change of mind
- Product
Returns : if the product you ordered did not meet your needs or
if we sent you an incorrect part, return it to us postage paid within
20 days, and we will gladly provide replacement, credit or refund. Product
must be in new, saleable, perfect condition. Otherwise restocking fees
are assessed upon evaluation of product condition. Restocking fees will
be deducted from credit or refund amount.
