Peanut Butter Balls

4 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (I use creamy)
1 stick margarine (not melted)
1 box confectioners sugar
Mix together (takes a while), roll into small balls and put on waxed paper. Put in refrigerator for a few minutes while you melt the chocolate.

For chocolate:
12 oz. bag of chocolate chips (I use Nestle's Toll House)
1/3 to 1/2 bar parafin

Melt parafin in double boiler if you have one. If not, set small pan into larger pan with water in it. (This makes a double boiler.) Put parafin in smaller pan. When melted, add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and return to waxed paper.
