Chocolate Mounds

2 cups powered sugar
1 can eagle brand milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix Well

Add 2 cups of chopped nuts and 1 can angel flake coconut. Chill for 10 minutes (shapes better if chilled) Mix extra well. Shape and put on a cookie sheet or wax paper. Then dip in chocolate.


For chocolate:
12 oz. bag of chocolate chips (I use Nestle's Toll House)
1/3 to 1/2 bar parafin

Melt parafin in double boiler if you have one. If not, set small pan into larger pan with water in it. (This makes a double boiler.) Put parafin in smaller pan. When melted, add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Dip mounds in the chocolate and return to waxed paper.
