Sheep Mountain Gravel Pit to Palmer
Approx. 67 miles

This was one of the most scenic days of the ride but unfortunately, one with the fewest safe places to stop for pictures.  The route was on a two lane road with little or no shoulder so much of the uphill riding was single file.  This made if difficult to get a good pace going up the mountains. 

Near the center  of the picture, you can see a couple of white dots on the mountain.  That's the road we came  down over the mountain.
