Ezekiel
Chapter 28
{First
the Prince of Tyre and then Satan Under the Guise of the Prince of Tyre}
1-2``
The word/'doctrinal communication' {dabar}
of
Jehovah/God came to me, saying, 2``
"O
mortal, say to the prince of Tyre,
'Thus
said the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah
Because
you have been so haughty and have said
{the first sin recorded - Satan's sin of Pride}
I
am an 'el/god;
I
sit enthroned like an 'elohiym/godhead,
in
the heart
{leb - usually used for the right lobe of the brain}
of
the seas,'
whereas
you are not a 'el/god, but a man,
though
you deemed your heart/'right lobe' {leb}
equal
to a 'elohiym/godhead.'
3``Yes,
you are wiser than Daniel;
in
no hidden matter can anyone
compare
to you.
4-5``By
your shrewd understanding
you
have gained riches,
and
have amassed gold and silver
in
your treasuries. 5``
By
your great shrewdness in trade
you
have increased your wealth
and
you have grown haughty
because
of your wealth.
6-10``Assuredly,
thus said the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah,
"Because
you have deemed your mind
equal
to a 'elohiym's/godhead's, 7``
I
swear I will bring against you
strangers,
the most ruthless of nations.
They
shall unsheathe their swords
against
your prized shrewdness,
and
they shall strike down your splendor."
8``
"They shall bring you down to the pit,
In
the heart of the sea you shall die
the
death of the slain."
9``
Will you still say, "I am an 'elohiym/godhead"
before
your slayers,
when
you are proved a man, not a 'el/god,
at
the hands of those who strike you down? 10``
By
the hands of strangers you shall die
the
death of the uncircumcised,
for
I have spoken -
declares
the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah.

Chapter 28: 11-15 Satan's Fall}
11-12~~Moreover
the word/'doctrinal communication' {dabar}
of
Jehovah/God came unto me, saying, 12~~
"O
mortal/Son of man {Ezekiel}, take up a lamentation
upon
the king of Tyre {inspired by Satan},
and
say unto him,
"Thus
said the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah
{talking to the one behind the King . . . Satan himself},
you
{Satan} are a 'super genius'
{idiom - literally 'sealed up the sum full of wisdom'
meaning Satan is the smartest of all created by the hand of God},
and
perfect in beauty.
{Note: Satan is a Super Genius and is more beautiful than we can imagine. Satan has glamour and millions and millions of angels followed him in his revolt.}
13~~You
have been in Eden the garden of 'Elohiym/Godhead
{not the Garden of Eden on Earth, but in Heaven} . . .
every
precious stone was your covering,
the
sardius, topaz, and the diamond,
the
beryl, the onyx, and the jasper,
the
sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle,
and
gold.
The
workmanship of your tabrets and of your pipes
was
prepared in you in the day that you were created.
{Note: Satan was beautiful but he was a creature that was created. His voice was so beautiful, it sounded like a pipe organ.}
14~~You
{Satan}
are
the anointed/messianic cherub {rank of four wings}
who
covered
{guarded the Throne Room in Heaven until the day of his fall}.
And I have set you so.
You were upon the holy mountain of 'Elohiym/Godhead.
You have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
{Note: RBT says the stones of fire was apparently a place of great honor in heaven. Satan was a cherub rank angel with four wings. Either he was the highest ranking angel to defect, or it was not until after the fall that the rank of six wings - Seraphim - was awarded. See also Revelation 9:1 for the fall from heaven of Satan. RBT describes the Angelic College of Angels in Revelation 7.}
15~~You
{Satan} were {created}
perfect
in your ways
from
the day that you were created . . .
till
iniquity was found in you {day of Satan's fall} . . .
16``
. . . by your far-flung enterprises/commerce . . .
~~you
{Satan} were filled with violence/lawlessness
and
you sinned.
So
I have 'struck you down'/'drove you out'
as
profane/'non-protocol'
from
the mountain of 'Elohiym/Godhead {in disgrace},
and
I have destroyed you,
O
guardian cherub {original highest-ranking creature},
from
among the stones of fire
{no more access to the Great Castle in the 3rd heaven}.
17-19~~You
{Satan} grew haughty/arrogant
because
of your beauty,
you
distorted/debased your wisdom
because
of your splendor;
I
have cast you to the Earth,
I
have made you an object for kings to stare at. 18``
By
the greatness of your guilt,
through
the dishonesty of your trading
{he traded his high relationship with God for
inordinate ambition in trying to become like God},
you
desecrated your sanctuaries
{his responsibilities in the castle in heaven}.
So
I made a fire issue from you,
{lake of fire created FROM Satan a part of Satan -
well in Revelation 19 we see the two dictators
went into the Lake of Fire BEFORE the Millennium}
and
it has devoured you;
I
have reduced you to ashes on the ground,
In
the sight of all who behold you. 19``
All
who knew you among the peoples
are
appalled at your doom.
You
have become a horror
and
have ceased to be forever
{will be in the lake of fire forever}.
20-23``The
word/'doctrinal communication' {dabar}
of
Jehovah/God came to me, 21``
O
mortal/son of man, set your face toward Sidon,
and
prophesy against her . . . 22`` say
Thus
said the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah,
"I
am going to deal with you, O Sidon.
I
will gain glory in your midst;
and
they shall know that I am Jehovah/God,
when
I wreak punishment upon her
and
show Myself holy though her. 23``
I
will let pestilence loose against her
and
bloodshed into her streets.
And
the slain shall fall in her midst
when
the sword comes upon her from all sides.
And they shall know that I am Jehovah/God.
24``Then
shall the House of Israel no longer be afflicted
with
prickling briers
and
lacerating thorns
from
all the neighbors who despise them.
And they shall know that I am the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah.
25-26``
Thus said the Lord/'Adonay God/Jehovah,
"When
I have gathered the House of Israel
from
the people among whom they are scattered/dispersed,
and
haven shown Myself holy through them
in
the sight of the nations,
they
shall settle on their own soil,
which
I gave to My servant Jacob, 26''
and
they shall dwell on it in security.
They
shall build houses, and plant vineyards,
and
dwell on it in security,
when
I have meted out punishment
to
all those about them who despise them.
And
they shall know that I, Jehovah/God,
am
their 'Elohiym/Godhead.
