REVIEW: THE SEALTON SEA, STAR WARS & ABOUT A BOY

Well it's been awhile since I last wrote up a review so to save time, I'm gonna review 3 reviews that I've recently seen all at once. A few weeks ago Judy and I went to see THE SALTON SEA starring Val Kilmer and a bunch of other people. It was a pretty cool movie, I liked it and so did Judy. Nothing really exciting happened at the theatre and nothing really exciting happened afterwards. I don't think so anyway, we saw it like a month ago. Here's the poster from THE SALTON SEA, I recommend people seeing this movie, there's this really part involving a hospital and feces and Vincent D'onofrio is totally unrecognizable.

Next up we have STAR WARS II: ATTACK OF THE CLONES.I went to see this with Judy and Lindsay, we bought Kernels popcorn, it was yummy. I liked this one better then Episode I, but my god, could the words coming out of Hayden Christensen and Natalie Portman be more cliched and crappy? Those lovey dovey scenes were just hilarious and painful to watch. But the movie was redeemed with Yoda's fight scene, that was totally cool. However, how the hell does he jump around and fight and crap, yet he needs a motherfuckin walking stick? I have no idea.

Last we have ABOUT A BOY. I saw this on Friday (05/24/02) with Marian. We thought we were gonna be the only people watching the movie, in reality we were just a little early, by the time the movie was starting with the previews the theatre was packed. This was a good movie and BADLYDRAWNBOY did the soundtrack which is a total bonus! And how could you not like HUGH GRANT. Oh and another plus it has one of the people who used to be on BALLYKISSANGEL, another bonus.
