Hey, here's another movie review from moi. Ohcay so Aaron, Colin, David, Judy, Marian and I went to watch Traffic on Saturday. First I had to meet up with Aaron, Colin, David and Marian. We met at g-square 'cause Marian was gonna get off work. So I leave my house at 6 'cause that's when Marian gets off work and it usually takes a little while for her to get out of the building. I get there I see Aaron and Colin go stand with them and chit chat about stuff. Then like 15 - 20 minutes later Marian walks out so now we're just waiting for David to come. Marian said he was gonna drive there so we had to look for a grey car, but when it's a snowy night most light coloured cars look grey. He comes and we're off to Paramount.
Ohcay so we get there and there's like TONS of people there. I've never seen so many people at paramount. it was CRAZY! We were meeting Judy there and couldn't find her so we just went to buy the tickets. THe 7:15 show was sold out so we got tickets for the 10:20 show. Anyway after I bought tickets for both Judy and I, I found Judy just as I was getting away from the crowd, but I couldn't find Aaron, Colin, David or Marian so I just paged Marian. They found us.
After they found us we went to get food to eat 'cause like I was 7:00 and the movie didn't start until 10:20 so there was like 3 hours to kill. Colin suggested this Pub thingie and so we get there and we can't eat there. Why 'cause we're under 18 and after 7 only 18 and over could get in which sucked ass. So we're walking along King to find a place to eat which is like the worst place ever to go find food to eat if you're a student and don't have that much cash. So Judy and I end up going to 88 on Spadina and the rest of them go to Shopsy.
There wasn't that many people at 88 so we got our food pretty fast and finished eating way before they did. But there was a leafs game going on so I'm pretty sure Shopsy's had a lot of people in there eating and watching the game. There was a football game at 88. So Judy and I finish eating our food and then walk back to Paramount and check out Chapters where I bought Galilee by Clive Barker. I won't be able to read it until February, but who cares. So after buying the book Judes and I head over to Paramount and watch that portrait drawing thingie for a bit and then I get a call from Marian that they're in Paramount waiting for us in front of the theatre that we're supposed to go in, but we were supposed to be in theatre 11 and they told me they were standing in front of theatre 1. So we head on over there and then they noticed that they ticket said 7:15 and not 10:20 so he goes fixes the problem and we head into the theatre to save seats.
The movie was cool. Kinda long in my opinion. I was sort of falling asleep, but that might be because I was really slouching into my seat. We had that bar with no seats in front of us 'cause it's where the wheelchair people sit so my feet were up there and i was just slouching like crazy. The movie was shot with different colour filters on the lenses or something 'cause it was totally different for all three places within the movie. That was cool. The acting was also very good. Oh and the strung out chick was like weird looking. (that's it for a movie review. go watch it to form your own opinion of the movie).
So after the movie David drives us all home except for Judy 'cause Judy's sister and her boyfriend were going to pick her up 'cause she was gonna sleep over at their place. And now the pictures.
