Another GNFC First as We Have Some "Fun With Nash"
The Gene Nash Fan Club has another first. You may have noticed a new box titled "Fun With Nash" on our main page. These are links to other sites which automatically translate selected portions of GeneNash.com and Gene's writings into some hilarious colloquial voices. It also ads a whole new dimension to our favorite "official site!" If you've ever wondered what Gene would sound like as a Redneck or a Cockney, or even what might happen if Mr. T were a web master, now is our chance. This content will be on GeneNash.com's upcoming Laughter, Fun, and Games section, but we've got it first!
"I've Been Dot Com'd!!" Most Successful Campaign Ever
The "I've been dot com'd!!" banner campaign was a tremendous success, ending up being the most successful banner ever run for the Gene Nash WebSite/GeneNash.com. "At first I was disappointed with the results," said Gene. "Then I was reading a site who are considered experts at banner advertising, who actually sell courses and purport to teach people all things banners, and they told what their current banner click rates were. Ours were DOUBLE what they were doing. I guess that means we're twice as successful as the 'experts!' (laughs)"
