GOAL is an application that can be used to
solve optimization problems with several real and binary
variables, as well as constraints. GOAL can handle complex objective
functions written with Visual Basic. GOAL has an editor which
makes the definition of the optimization problem easier. Click

- TransGA

TransGA is an application derived from GOAL. TransGA can identify
the dynamics of Multiple Input - Single Output (MISO) systems, using
transfer function models. In contrast to other identification
algorithms, which requires an initial guess of the transfer function
structure, the innovatory algorithm of TransGA allows it to identify
the transfer function structure and parameters simultaneously. Click
