1. Strip naked.
2. Cover your entire body in chunky peanut butter.
3. Top off with rainbow sprinkles.
4. Form an entire 25 sq. yd. roll of aluminum foil into a 48" tall cone. Place cone on head.
5. Climb on top of your roof, and press your tongue against the outer rim of the dish. Remain perfectly still.
6. Stay in this position for 6 days.
7. Get off of the roof, lie down in the street, and let all of the neighborhood pets lick the peanut butter and sprinkles off of you.
8. Turn on your TV, and enjoy!
