3 - 50” lengths of 2 1/2” hose
1 - 2 1/2” combination nozzle
100 PSI discharge pressure

The hose and nozzle are to be
set up in the equipment area located at the water supply line beside the engine.
The equipment area will be in a 10’x10’ area on ground.
Upon the start signal from the judge, the team members will go to the
equipment area and pick up the hoses and nozzle, assemble them and advance
toward the target, while connecting it to the water supply.
Time is stopped when the target hits the ground.
Prior to the event, all hoses and nozzles are to be at least 1” away
from each other, but can be placed in any manner inside the equipment area.
One person must remain at the water supply to shut it down in case of a
problem. For safety, the pump
operator stays at the panel until the event is over.
The target is located 175’ from the water supply, if the line becomes
disconnected before the target is hit, the line may be shut down, reconnected
and the event continued.
