Equipment Needed: A 24 or 35 foot, single fly, extension ladder placed against the tower with the fly in, to be supplied and in place prior to the start of the event

Fire Gear Needed: Helmets and Boots. Gloves required for heel men.

Number of People: Five (5)

The five members will be positioned as follows prior to the start of the event: The two heel men will be at the base of the ladder, one climber will be at the 25’ mark, one climber will be at the 50’ mark and the third climber located at the 75’ mark. When the judge gives the signal, the two heel men will secure the ladder and the three climbers will proceed to climb the ladder, unassisted. Time is stopped when all three climbers are in the standing position and the third climber has touched the rear rail.
