MISSION
The Gadjah Mada Geophysics Alumni Foundation is committed to supporting and enhancing the vision, mission and values of The Gadjah Mada Geophysics Sub Department through the development and management of private support.
PURPOSE
The work of the Foundation covers two key areas: fund raising, and facilitation.
Fund Raising. By virtue of a development services contract, all fund development at The Gama Geophysics Sub Department is managed by The Gama Geophysics Alumni Foundation. The Geophysics Sub Department administrator and faculty work with the Foundation to determine fund raising priorities and goals. The Foundation works to ensure that gifts are spent according to donor's wishes and in ways that are consistent with the mission of the Sub Department.
Facilitation. The Gama Geophysics Foundation facilitates the accomplishments of countless Sub Departments abjectives by providing services such as bridge loans to donor pledges; and finance assistance; funding and development of educational programs; and technology transfer from campus to the marketplace.
Vision
In developing and managing private resources, The Gama Geophysics Alumni Foundation will work in partnership with The Sub Department of Geophysics Gadjah Mada to meet challenges of 21st century. The Foundation will pursue Sub Department priorities, broaden and strengthen relationships with key constituencies, and provide ethical and efficient stewardship in receiving contributions and managing assets. Finally, the Foundation will sustain its commitment to services of such quality and excellence that results in recognition of the Foundation as an exemplary organization of its kind a national leader in the field of institutional advance
