Geophysics Sub Department is housed in The Physics Building, Faculty of Mathematics & Natural Sciences. It has numerous research facilities among which are a state of the art broad band seismic recording stations in Merapi Volcano, a rock magnetism laboratory, Volcano Physics laboratory, many computers, various instruments for field measurements.
