For building Pacific SCARAB I with Oceaneering.
It is a deep submergence vehicle used for burying trans-pacific fiber optic
cable.

into the mud on 'the bottom' along with a bosuns' whistle and a divers
belt buckle. Laying on the side beside the whistle is an old lighter
I found in the San Diego Harbor bottom mud.
