        Developer – ROI for R/3
 
bullet        5-9 years of Experience.
bullet      Minimum 5 years of SAP ABAP/4 development experience.
bullet        BE/MS Degree in Computer/ Systems/ Industrial Engineering.
bullet        Experience with SAP ABAP/4 performance tuning is required.
bullet        Experience using SAP technology to integrate to external systems is required.
bullet        Experience with SAP user exits for net change integration and familiarity with important logistic tables and structures is  required.
bullet        Experience developing R/3 bolt – on functionality is preferred.
bullet        Experience using third party ETL tools or message bus tools for external integration is preferred.
bullet        Experience with  Win Runner and Quick test for R/3 preferred.
bullet        Understand the business processes relating to manufacturing and distribution.
bullet        Exposures to Advanced Planning Systems like i2 or other supply chain planning tools would be a plus.

           Technical Writer
                         
bullet     3-6 years of software documentation experience writing  technical  documentation, that includes user guide, implementation guide,  Installation  
bullet     guide, administration guide, release notes, online help, and API Documentation.
bullet     Bachelor degree in Engineering.                        
bullet     Excellent writing, editing, analytical, organizational, and proofreading skills, as demonstrated through samples of work.
bullet     Proficiency in understanding and writing clearly about complex,  sophisticated technical topics.
bullet     Expertise with Adobe FrameMaker / Adobe Suite, RoboHelp, MS-Office Suite, HTML exposure
