Hi, I'm Rexy. I got on the web for the first time in
April of 1997, a little late but I've taken to it like a duck takes to water, and I have
been having a very good time. The first chat room that I found had chatters in there
with names that started with "Lord" or "Lady" or "Duke of"
or "Queen" or "King", a long list of royal titles. Well, I
wanted to fit in, and still be a little creative so I chose the name "Rex",
which is Latin for King. Over a short period of time people began to call me
Rexy, and it stuck... and here I am.
I grew up in Connecticut and attended New York University where I
studied Marketing, but somehow I've ended up living in New Hampshire where I am an antique
dealer. Actually, now I'm doing a whole lot more than just buy and sell antiques.
Lately I've been creating advertising, catalogues, and a web site for a
Massachusett's Auction Gallery. Alot of this has to do with what a great graphics
and desktop publishing tool the computer has become. Well, regardless of what I get
to do, New Hampshire is a nice place to live and I seem to have fallen butt backwards into
and interesting carreer, and I am grateful for every blessing that comes my way.
There's not much else I could tell here except that I was born on
May 14th, 1965, and while my interests of course lie in antiques and the web now, my major
interests are in meeting people and seeking new and different ways to stay entertained.
Actually the old, true and tried entertainment staple of a good party with good
people is still my favorite... maybe I'll see you there. |
