Lisa continues to walk and swim almost everyday! She is physically fit and strong. She however does not like preparing to exercise but once she is into it loves the activity. We have seen little glimpses of the "stubborn" Lisa resurface these past few weeks. It makes us smile and (giggle at times) to see her assert and express herself. We are all very excited about our vacation this summer. We are houseboating for a week and it is so wonderful that Lisa will be going! WHAT A MIRACLE Family vacations are one of Lisa's favorite things to do. We are still in the process of interviewing for Coastline College in the fall. We should know in about a month if she is going so we will keep you posted. Please keep that in you prayers. We want Lisa to be ready for this challenge

Well we are home safe and sound and very rested. The lake trip was great. There is something about the water, such a renewing life source that is so healing. Lisa loved it, even though she was a little apprehensive at first. She slowly got very used to it and is a fantastic "floater". It was so nice to be away with family and forget the stresses of everyday life and just enjoy each other's company. Lisa went to her last interview for school on Thursday and we should hear today if she has been accepted into their program. So please keep us in your prayers, you are ALWAYS in ours......God Bless......ps look for some wonderful NEW pictures being posted on the website SOON!

LISA STARTS SCHOOL TOMORROW!!!(Monday) We all went to school orientation on Saturday and Lisa is ready for the big step of independence. Like most Moms I am feeling a mixture of emotions about letting my girl go. It's 1978 all over again. But deep in my heart I know that letting go requires FAITH and I know that God will freely give me all that I require.
