Lisa first few days at school went better than we could have hoped for.
She is slowly getting into the routine ALREADY, and is surrounded by the nicest,
kindest people who really care. So far the experience has been very positive
and we look forward optimistically to the days ahead. Thank you for your
prayers

Lisa continues to enjoy her school experience. Just doing
something on her own gives her the independence she needs. Her fellow
students are of all ages and genders but share the experience of surviving a
head injury.Their stories are inspirational and their strength of
spirit is something to witness. This experience for Lisa has sparked a
determination to recover completely. Her memory gets sharper each and
everyday and we observe her continuously going over information in her head
as she asks a thousand questions a day for confirmation of that
information. So far I would say this whole school experience has been very
positive and with only 3 weeks under her belt I know there are amazing
things ahead for her! God's Blessings to all!

Today is the two year anniversary of Lisa's accident. As I read
the updates of Oct 2nd 2002 and Oct 2003 it only magnifies the amazing
recovery she has had. This journey has been a real testament of Faith
and the strength of one strong spirit. Her determination to overcome
each obstacle in this path to recovery is amazing to witness. We thank
each and everyone of you for your faithful prayers and continued
encouragement. We thank our incredible family for their weekly visits and their
love and support. We would not be were we are today without all of YOU!
What a difference you have made in our lives. We ask that your prayers
for today be ones of thankfulness. The Lord has truly smiled upon us
and we our so very thankful for this miracle! May God bless you!!
