Because of it's natural beauty, Dominica is known as "The Nature Island of the Caribbean." In fact, the Dominican government's support of conservation can be seen when one looks at the cover of a Dominican passport which says, "Apres Bondie C'est La Ter." This means, after God is (or comes) the land. I took the following pictures in 1995. My native land is very mountainous.
