No material from this site or any other web site owned, operated, controlled or gift4home and/or associates or sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without written permission of gift4home. Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietory rights of gift4home and/or their associates or sister concerns or affiliates.

The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and gift4home disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. gift4home does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and gift4home shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.

Notwithstanding any or all of the Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers stated herein above and in FAQ or elsewhere in the site, any refund or payment by gift4home to the user or anyone else acting on his behalf for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or on being claimed by any user shall not become a waiver of any or all of the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers made and shall not become a precedent for similar future actions/claims or confer any rights on the claiment. AND further that all such refunds/payments if any when made shall be subject to 10% deduction on account of Bank charges and other processing overheads.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and the gifts are delivered only in India. gift4home does not guarantee the delivery date specified by the sender. gift4home will dispatch gift items within 48 working hours of receiving the order. If sender specifies a particular delivery date, gift4home will postpone the dispatching of the gift item until such a date that it reaches around the specified date of the sender. In any circumstances, gift4home does not guarantee the exact date of delivery specified by the sender. The date of delivery may vary according to the efficiency of respective couriers by which the gift items are dispatched and the remoteness of the recipient..

6.The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. If recipient is not at the given address, the gift item would be left with the neighbor along with an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our local office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. For the items delivered by the courier / speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. gift4home reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.

7.gift4home is not responsible for any kind of mishandling of credit card information given to CCNOW, the authorized online retailer, for the orders placed. Please take care that your card is not used in an unauthorized manner. We shall not be responsible for your card being charged in this manner. However if your card has been used without authorization, you should advise us the moment you receive the E-mail confirmation of the order which was placed.

8.gift4home will deliver exactly the same gifts displayed on its web pages and from the same sources indicated. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non availability of products from indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar kind of product is not available, gift4home will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.
