The game looks beautiful, the people look very real, although some facial expressions are slightly akward at times, particularly when looking at a slain Nazi soldier; they don't look much different dead than alive. Also, it can be tough to distinguish an openable door to a door that can never be opened, but the game will usually give you a heads up "Press ACTION to open door" notice. The Weapons look like their generic WWII counterparts, as well as all the vehicles within the game. Impressive graphics overall.
Play Control:
7
The very first time you leap out of the boat in the D-Day level, you'll be feeling like you're wearing two left boots. The play control is horrid at first, and will leave you struggling to find which way is up. However, once you finally understand how the controls work, everything becomes second nature, and you'll be taking people down before they know what hit them. Once the controls are learned, they actually turn out well. However, some gamers won't have the patientce to wait and mess with the controls. Another bonus is that the game allows you to use a Custom Controller configuration which allows you to mess with just about everything on the controller.
Sound:

Solid Sound! The game's SFX are incredibly realistic, everything from the rounds of your M1 Garand firing, the Panzer tank shooting at you, and even the Nazi soldiers yelling at you in German. (Yes, they yell in German, and it's correct German!) The game's music is incredible, always appropriate to the situtation that you're in while in the level. The music is so good, it's likely gamers would go on the internet with the sole purpose of downloading MP3s.
Value:
9
The game's value is quite good; there are three difficulty levels, with five missions with at least two levels each. Usually, individual levels take upwards of ten minutes to complete, with an average of four levels per mission. Even on Easy some of the levels are difficult, and on Hard, the game can get downright insane. The Multiplayer mode is fun and exciting, although you'd want more customizablity with weapons set. (Only 1 or 2 have the M1 as a weapon, while there are like 5 with Bazookas.) As well, players can play through levels, trying to earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold Stars to earn medals. All in all, it's worth the money.
Gameplay:

MOH:F has an ingrossing story, set in the heart of Europe during WWII. The first time you set foot on the beach of Normandy, you'll realize that this game would be hell if you had to live through it. In most of the levels, you're greatly outnumbered by the Nazi forces and are fighting to infiltrate a facility, or to just get through an area alive! Stealth plays little role here, as the Nazis are normally very well aware of your presence, although you can get the drop on some foes if you don't make too much of a ruckus. There are occasional comic relief parts, like the driver of a truck who gets you through a Danish town, pointing out landmarks as the Nazis shoot at you. It's quite funny, really. Also, weapons ballistics are highly realistic. The .45 Calibre Thompson sub-machine gun has a lot of recoil, making it difficult to aim if you like to spray fire; also, it's easier to hit an enemy up close with the Colt .45 rather than the M1 Garand. To prove how realistic the weapons are, it's impossible to load the M1 Garand manually; as with the real gun, you must empty the clip before reloading. That's pretty darn good for a video game.
Overall Rating:
9
The game is definitely worth a look. It's only feasible downside is the clunky beginning play control, but once you get past that, the game is almost perfect. The atmosphere is very somber, and the music reminds you that you're fighting a war, not blowing things up as a one man army. The multiplayer is fun, the single player is fun, and the presentation is spectacular. Electronic Arts really did their homework with this one; the game was obviously researched for heavily, as most every aspect of the game is realistic. It's small wonder why the Medal of Honor series has done as well as it has. Don't pass this up if you own a GameCube. Doing so would be an "Operation Market Garden" sized mistake.

Individual Reviews:

Wow. This game has me flat-lined. I only have a couple of complaints, and they were generally agreed upon with others. The problems were that real doors were hard to distinguish from fakes, and that God-Awful play control at the start. If those problems had been ironed out, the game would be perfect. This is a personal favorite of mine.
Normally I don't care for First Person Shooters much, but somehow, MOH:F got me sucked in. Perhaps it was my adversion to Nazis, but it's more likely that the game was definitely worth the money I spent. You can't beat the game's difficulty and the fun multiplayer.
BOOM! *Laughing maniacally* There's nothing better than throwing a Mark II hand grenade into a cluster of Nazis and watching them shout in surprise!
The game is more brainless than of games of my taste, but I'll admit that the gameplay isn't bad. The levels are rather linear... there aren't enough puzzles or a lot of thought to the game. If it was a tad more intelligent during play it'd be really good. However, I am impressed by the realism of the weapons and ballistics.
Oh man! The play control sucked at first! Man, if I had a nickel for every time I died trying to get used to it!... But, once I did, I was blasting away like crazy! And the graphics are a feast for the eyes, man.
The soundtrack blew me away! I loved the theme to the level "Seaside Stowaway". The gunshots were easily identified, and you could place where they were coming from if you listened carefully. Great! I want the game's theme on MP3!
Graphics... good. Models... good. The game's graphics were really good in general, but doors weren't obvious and the grenade explosions looked a little fake... but still. It's not too big a distraction. This is definitely my kind of game.
In general, the game was a very pleasant experience. Once I got my chance to play, I could see why Mia is hooked on it. MOH:F is enjoyable for anyone who likes FPSs or any WWII buff. My advice: Go play it now.
