Background: Breck grew up as a military brat, scarcely seeing his father between wars and manuevers. He and his mother received news that his father was coming home from the 2nd Central American War just an hour before they received notice that he was killed before he could get on the plane home. Feeling little sorrow for a man who was barely more than a stranger to him, Breck grew up on his own, his grieving mother in and out of mental institutions. Left to himself, Breck got into trouble, escaping arrest several times by the skin of his teeth. Then he chose to pick the pocket of one Dr. Torrey O'Neal, and fortunately got caught. Torrey was never one to judge wild kids and offered Breck the opportunity to join him at Sierra. Breck settled into the community quickly, enjoying the stability of the family style group but at the same time left free to explore and grow. Breck showed promise immediately as a special op, once he learned to take orders, that is. He has risen quickly to the rank of leiutenant and is Delorean's most trusted assistant...even if he won't let him drive the Humvee due to Breck's tendency to hit any object within twenty yards of a vehicle. Breck currently shares his quarters with Syxx, the rogue replicant he fondly refers to as "Cueball".

Personality Profile: Breck is often a mystery to those who first meet him. He can seem shy one moment and aggressively confident the next, but in reality, he is just a young man who isn't quite sure yet of who he is. He can be impulsive and reckless, but more often looks to Delorean for guidance.
