1. You must have a site to put your Atcydia on. People will want to see it. I might be willing to work out a deal with you, but places like Geocities offer good free deals. Also no neopets pages or any other form of page where you need to register to view the dragon. 2. You must have a persona on your page, preferably with a story. Atcydia's will need someone to help train them (outside the training classes provided by the Gineyan trainers). This persona can be a dragon. 3. Atcydia's love the company of other pets, so there isn't a limit on how many small pets you can have. They'll be happy to share their room with one or two bigger pets (like a runner or Svarpian). But you're persona cannot have already impressed another dragon or Wicena. 4. Your persona can even be rewarded with two eggs. Twins might be born,
or two eggs might hatch at exactly the same time with you in the middle. Reasons
for me doing this? Boredom most likely. And while we are on this whole rare
thing. That's what they are: rares. You can expect rares in special clutches
and maybe one in every 5 clutches. And as rare as rares are, whites are even
rarer. 5. Eggs will be given out directly after I've received your forms. I hate to wait and I can imagine that's the same for you. I will judge your page (power!!!) and give you the Atcydia most suited for your persona. (don't be surprised to get an opposite or complementary type). 6. Please read the info on Atcydia's. Each colour has it's own personality and you can't change that. 7. If you have a special request, or if you have a suggestion about the gender or name of your Atcydia, please list them in the Comments section 8.
