1) You have to have a page to put your Wicena on. On that page there should be some kind of persona and how he/she/it got to Gineya. I won't take cyberpet pages/galleries for these. Wicenas are easy to crowd and generally like to be on a separate page with the person they bonded to. You can find good free hosting deals at Geocities and other sites like it. 2) You must have a persona on your page. A Wicena cannot survive without someone to guide it. These persona's will most likely be humanoid, but if not they have to be sentient and able to ride their dragon. I think I'll allow bonders from 12 and up. It takes a Wicena about 4 years to mature and the matings are in no way comparable to Pern and Alskyr mating. 3)Wicena's generally are loners. They don't mind the occasional cat or flitter, but too many pets will crowd them. Also there is no chance two Wicena's will bond to the same persona or a persona who already owns a dragon, Svarpian, Atcydia or another large sentient creature. 4) Please link back to the Isle of Gineya (http://www.oocities.org/gineya_isle) 5) You can save the egg that's on the bonder form and not much later you will receive an e-mail from me with the hatchling stage of your Wicena. 6) Please put up every stage within a month. I'm currently sending out the stages one every two weeks, but you can always ask for a delay when you can't upload them on time. Also, I am likely to forget to send you your stages now and again, this because I'm messy and disorganised. Just remind me by e-mail and you'll get your stage. 7) Feel free to add some suggestions in the comments box like gender, name etc. 8) Please read the Info on Wicena's as it makes it easy for you to decide which colour you want. The most important thing to remember is that your Wicena's colour is largely determined by the way your persona acts when the little hatchling grows up and what life lessons it learns.
