This was an advertisment for "Gingerbread Lane 1995," a
charitable fundraiser. The text that was originally on the bottom of the flyer read: Sweet Stuff: See 25
charming handmade gingerbread houses on Gingerbread Lane at Metcalf South, middle level, now through
December 22nd on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Pay entry fee of $2.50 or donate a pair of prescription
glasses to benefit the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired, the only specialized school in the area (Kansas
City) for blind and visually impaired kids, birth through kindergarten. House by Ginny Pilarz.
