ANIMAL RIGHTS AND POLITICS
I am putting on this page my personal beliefs of animal rights, and prove why certain exploitations are unethical- if that sentence isn't redundant. I finally finished this page, but I ran out of space, so my political philosophies will have to be on another page.
So that's my harangue. If ya want to hear more of my poltitics and socialist beliefs, click here. If you want to go back to music, click here. If you want to go home, click here. If you want to leave this site, click here. For more animal rights stuff, visit PETA, my biggest help.
Well, let me begin by stating the obvious. Murder is wrong. Well gee, that was hard. I think that the best way to do this will be to create a concise list of my top reasons why I believe eating meat and such is wrong. So you won't be bored and stop reading, since this won't be a long tyrade in essay form.
~ Back to my original point, murder is wrong. I personally see no difference between killing an animal or a person. Either way, you're taking an innocent life.

~
~ Second, if you did some research on how the animals are treated, you would be horrified. We speak of genocide and the Holocaust as the extremes of all evil. Well, guess what. It's the same thing. Animals are forced into crowded conditions where they can't even turn around, just like the Jews durring extermination, and the Armenians during deportation. If your boss got pissed off at you and decided to hit you over the head with a club, you could sue for millions. And that is exactly what happens to the animals. Except they just have to take it.
~Third, animal abuse had been PROVEN to lead to child abuse.
~Fourth, I boycott distributors such as proctor and gamle, for testing on animals. They do such things as sew newborn kittens' eyes shut, leave them like that
for a month, and then kill them. Or take some hair product and put it in a bunny's eye. This is SENSELESS! Not only is it unnecissary, but there are so many alternatives that are not only painless, but CHEAPER! Idiots must be running these places!
~Fifth, if aliens invaded our planet who were 10 times our size and 10 times smarter than us, I don't think we would like it too much if they put us into concentration camp situations- people urinating on themselves, disease spreading everywhere...
~Sixth: "it's human nature to eat meat." No. It isn't. Look at a wolf. It's teeth are fang-like, which were designed to tear into meat. Now look at yours. Flat. Like the herbivore dinosaurs. Designed to chew plants.
~Seventh, I have many a time come across the argument, "well look out in the wild where the lions and bears kill the deer and all." OK, that's reasonable. But they literally HAVE to eat meat. You think you do, but you'd be surprised how well you could survive without it if you didn't have the choice. Plus, in the wild, the carnivores prevent over population. We PURPOUSLY overbreed cattle and pigs. So you can't say that we're helping.
~Eighth, and I'll close on this one, people say that animals are dumb, and don't have feelings. Well, now you're being the dumbass. That's being just as discriminatory as the nazis. Think about it: by their policy, we would have the equivalent of something like everyone who got below 1200 on their SATs, which is over half the population, would be tortured and killed. So even though some creatures (humans mainly) may be dumb, that doesn't mean you have the right to abuse them- they have feelings too. And I don't believe that you would find it very pleasant if someone went hunting and came back with your friend's head to hang on the wall.
