Participants have begun their journey into exploring bullying in their settings by seeking children's perspectives on relationships in their services. They are asking the children:

• Who are your friends here?
• Who do you play with?
• Who do you never get to play with and why?
• Who would you love to play with?

At the first session the participants agreed to involve the children in the project using the following processes.
