For the over a decade, my artwork has concentrated on various social and philosophical issues, such as homelessness and the environment. This concentration stems from the position that art is not limited to the Modernist's view of art for art's sake.

Art is for Life's sake.

Art can be a companion, a teacher, an act of spiritual expression.

I do not view art as a commodity.

In my overall artistic efforts, I have endeavored to maintain a quality of unpredictability in my work. As a result, my painting style is an eclectic one, ranging from nonrepresentational to symbolic to photo-realistic. Whichever style I choose is dependent upon the subject and the purpose of the individual piece or installation. The equilateral triangle format has served as a unifying visual element for the past few years. I am now pursuing other formats for my work.

The methods utilized in my art are those used by a philosopher, searching and sifting through the mysteries in life, then relating that search onto a painted surface or constructed object. My intentions are to provide the viewer with food for thought. When viewing my work, viewers should always remember one important Truth.

Conclusions are never conclusions.

They are merely stepping-stone premises into a new quest.
