Why Become a member ?

Basically the more households in Glen Forrest that become members of the association, the greater the voice your suburb has when dealing with the Shire of Mundaring.

When issues arise that affect Glen Forrest or the general communities neighbouring your suburb, the vote of 900 households is greater then your single voice at council meetings.

Glen Forrest will be viewed as a suburb that has residents with a community spirit, who is working together to maintain and enhance the lifestyle we have already built.

What do I get when I become a member ?

Membership entitles you to vote at meetings and also entitles you to the monthly newsletter. The newsletter can either be sent to your home and is also available online.

More importantly it enables you to find out what is going on in your suburb. You do not need to attend meetings. In fact you don't need to do anything once you become a member unless you want to contribute your ideas and become more involved.

The membership fee is based on the following:

$5 per annum, per adult person (18 years and over).
