Near where I am living, there is a resteurant and one time a week they have a Single's Night for singles to be going there. Every week for a long time I am going there with my friend, Ducky. There is a lady there I am loving and she is going there every week. But she is popular and dances very good and is always with guys. They are all difrent and alot. I know she is having alot of boyfriends but I still wanted to be kissing her and I told Ducky all the time I was looking at her and he laughed and her liked her too. But not as much as me.

For alot of weeks in a row she was with a young guy alot. He was about twentyfive and I was scared because I was thinking he was going to be her boyfriend with her. But I talked to him in a line we were waiting for the bufet and he told me the lady was his mother so she was not having a regular steady boyfriend.

On the last weekend, I was looking at her dancing and she was dancing with my friend Ducky and he was dancing with her too. They stopped dancing and I talked to Ducky to see if he talked to her on me but she didn't and THAT SHE ASKED HIM TO DANCE! SHE DID IT TO HIM! And then they danced again together with each other because SHE ASKED HIM AGAIN! I knew he was going to kiss her and my feelings were hurting me and I felt sick. Then they were sitting and talking to each other. I was left alone and I sat in a chair and I looked at a strange man and a young girl talking and kissing. but when they looked at me, I ignored them!

Nobody danced anymore to me and I was upset. I told the lady's son that Ducky was bad on his mother and he was a liar and told lies. But the lady's son wasn't caring and to me he told to get out of his face. I am thinking he's stupid and does not caring about his mother and I told him he should but he was walking away.

I went home to my house and I left Ducky. I called him with a phone and I am telling him he stole her but he said to me Whatever. I got angery and wanted to trash his car. They went on a date the next day too and went to eat food with the lady and her son and I think they kissed but Ducky isn't telling to me what. But I know. When I get the lady's number from Ducky giving it to me, I will call her son to ask him.

My friend robbed me because he was knowing I love the lady. It hurts me because he was my friend and I loved her and they didn't think of me. It's very selfish for them.

Wll, Barky, you've been had. Maybe you should quit hanging out with that backstabbing Ducky!

In the meantime, don't worry too much about it. You hardly knew her anyway, and any woman who would raise such a callous, uncaring son surely has something very seriously wrong with her! In fact, you really got lucky this time! Can you imagine how much worse things would have been if you had gotten involved with her, only to find out later what she was really like? *shudder*
Besides, if she didn't have a boyfriend, it means that all the other guys already learned about her and left!

Count yourself lucky and keep looking. Good luck!

MajorBarcalow, they probably don't take you seriously enough. That is the impression I get from your post.

The only way they're going to realize how strongly you feel is if you make threats against them or threaten suicide.

Near where I am living, there is a resteurant

I believe there is also a cafeteria in your wing of the hospital, but then I think you would have to be supervised to go there.

quote:
and one time a week they have a Single's Night for singles to be going there.

So THAT's what singles nights are for!! I'll be damned.

quote:
Every week for a long time I am going there with my friend, Ducky.

Ducky?? Ducky???? This wouldn't happen to be the same guy who you were watching tv in bed with, is it??

quote:
There is a lady there I am loving and she is going there every week.

Probably because it's the only place where she can see a mental defective like yourself.

quote:
But she is popular and dances very good and is always with guys.

You'll find a lot of women are the same way at bars. They're called floozies.

quote:
They are all difrent and alot.

I bet she gets a lot of different customers, most bar floozies do.

quote:
I know she is having alot of boyfriends

Again, she's a floozy, what do you expect??

quote:
but I still wanted to be kissing her and I told Ducky all the time I was looking at her and he laughed and her liked her too. But not as much as me.

And you still insist that English is your native language???

quote:
For alot of weeks in a row she was with a young guy alot.

Probably her pimp.

quote:
He was about twentyfive and I was scared because I was thinking he was going to be her boyfriend with her.

Nah, he was probably just making sure he got his 80% of her profits.

quote:
But I talked to him in a line we were waiting for the bufet and he told me the lady was his mother so she was not having a regular steady boyfriend.

And you bought that line???

quote:
On the last weekend, I was looking at her dancing and she was dancing with my friend Ducky and he was dancing with her too.

Or else he was negotiating her hourly rate with her.

quote:
They stopped dancing and I talked to Ducky to see if he talked to her on me

I dunno, I'd usually know if they were talking on me by the immense pressure I would feel from them either sitting or standing on me. But then you don't seem to be to quick with a lot of things.

quote:
but she didn't

[sarcasm]I can't imagine why.[/sarcasm]

quote:
and THAT SHE ASKED HIM TO DANCE!

Probably just going back for a second round of price negotiation.

quote:
SHE DID IT TO HIM!

Well he did pay for it, so why shouldn't she have "done it to him"?? Those floozies have professional reputations to maintain. They can't go ripping off their customers.

quote:
And then they danced again together with each other because SHE ASKED HIM AGAIN!

She probably had to rest for a few minutes between bouts of intercourse. I think a break is in her contract with her pimp.

quote:
I knew he was going to kiss her

I don't think that's all he did with her.

quote:
and my feelings were hurting me and I felt sick.

My feelings usually hurt me too. I hate it when anger comes over and smacks me upside the head for no particular reason. Happiness also has a tendancy to pinch me every now and then too.

quote:
Then they were sitting and talking to each other.

He was probably seeing when he could get another appointment put into her busy schedule.

quote:
I was left alone and I sat in a chair and I looked at a strange man and a young girl talking and kissing.

In other words, you were looking at your friend and his hooker.

quote:
but when they looked at me, I ignored them!

Heaven forbid they think you're some kind of nutcase.

quote:
Nobody danced anymore to me and I was upset.

Odd, last I heard, pouting off in a corner drove women wild.

quote:
I told the lady's son that Ducky was bad on his mother and he was a liar and told lies.

So were you telling him that he was a liar or just told lies??

quote:
But the lady's son wasn't caring and to me he told to get out of his face.

He's a pimp. Do you expect him to care??

quote:
I am thinking he's stupid and does not caring about his mother and I told him he should but he was walking away.

Probably so he could get his share of the money from your friend.

quote:
I went home to my house and I left Ducky.

That's probably the smartest thing you've ever done.

quote:
I called him with a phone

Tin cans and string just not cutting it for ya??

quote:
and I am telling him he stole her but he said to me Whatever.

erm, whatever.

quote:
I got angery and wanted to trash his car.

But you couldn't because it was past your bedtime, right??

quote:
They went on a date the next day too and went to eat food with the lady

Mmmmm, fish.

quote:
I think they kissed but Ducky isn't telling to me what. But I know.

Great. Another stalker, just what the world needs. This ought to move you up a notch or two on the cops' list of local nutcases.

quote:
When I get the lady's number from Ducky giving it to me, I will call her son to ask him.

Why would you want to talk to her son, err pimp, when you could talk to her??? Unless she's occupied with another "client".

quote:
My friend robbed me because he was knowing I love the lady. It hurts me because he was my friend and I loved her and they didn't think of me. It's very selfish for them.

Forget about the floozy. Just wait til' your next family reunion. That's where your mother a father met, isn't it??

What a relief that Barky's back.
I was worried when I didn't see the usual weekend rant. Guess he was too busy getting over his broken heart.
Poor Barky. Women are always disappointing him.

Brilliant as usual. Kudos to the author.

Duh. Ducky is not his Christian name. Ducky is his nickname because of the way he looks. He is my friend because we were friends at the old school. He teaches me bowling and on Disny.

But now he is braging for stealing my girlfriend. When I came home, my mother's plants were all broke on the porch and she was locked herself inside the house.

^^^ So far we know of the following people in Barky's life: (I missed alot of his threads, so I'm likely missing some.)

Ducky: Stole Barky's would-be suitor at Singles's Night.

A young colored-man who plays Geordi in his TNG RP Group.

A 19 year old male whom Barky has shared a bed with, "watching the TV."

Numerous co-workers who continuously harass and tease MB.

Barky's mom.

Who else is there?

Hmmm singles going to Single's Night! Wow some inovative stuff going on there in Florida... Here in backwoods Kansas only couples go to single's night... They're usualy busts.

Every week for a long time I am going there with my friend, Ducky. There is a lady there I am loving and she is going there every week.
I think you were lusting after this woman. It's hard to fall in love with someone you've only seen. Nor would I, personaly, fall in love with someone who hangs out in a bar week after week, but that's me.

But she is popular and dances very good and is always with guys.
Read: Slut

They are all difrent and alot. I know she is having alot of boyfriends...
Read: Loose Slut.

but I still wanted to be kissing her and I told Ducky all the time I was looking at her and he laughed and her liked her too. But not as much as me.
I wouldn't bark up that tree Bark...
Women like her aren't worth the time.

For alot of weeks in a row she was with a young guy alot. He was about twentyfive and I was scared because I was thinking he was going to be her boyfriend with her. But I talked to him in a line we were waiting for the bufet and he told me the lady was his mother so she was not having a regular steady boyfriend.

This woman has a 25 year old son? This would make her, maybe, 42-45... There are better women champ... Give her up.

On the last weekend, I was looking at her dancing and she was dancing with my friend Ducky and he was dancing with her too.
Ducky is no friend in that case.

They stopped dancing and I talked to Ducky to see if he talked to her on me but she didn't and THAT SHE ASKED HIM TO DANCE!
You can't count on your friends to put the word in for you with a women. I learned that the hard way.

SHE DID IT TO HIM!
In the bar?!?!?!?!

And then they danced again together with each other because SHE ASKED HIM AGAIN!
Veritcal or horizontal dancing?
Hey... maybe Ducky is a good dancer?

I knew he was going to kiss her and my feelings were hurting me and I felt sick.
Your emotions make you sick alot and easily. Talk to your doctor about getting on some Paxil, or better yet Effexor. If those don't work ES Therapy may be necessary.

Then they were sitting and talking to each other. I was left alone and I sat in a chair and I looked at a strange man and a young girl talking and kissing. but when they looked at me, I ignored them!
Did they say "Take a picture it'll last longer!"? Let Ducky and mystery woman talk... you did it to yourself. There's better out there, champ!

Nobody danced anymore to me and I was upset.
Dude, get some drugs now! You're way to emotional. It's unhealthy.

I told the lady's son that Ducky was bad on his mother and he was a liar and told lies. But the lady's son wasn't caring and to me he told to get out of his face.
Why should he believe some nutbar he dosen't know?

I am thinking he's stupid and does not caring about his mother and I told him he should but he was walking away.
Normal reaction to some crazy chatting you up in a bar.

I went home to my house and I left Ducky. I called him with a phone and I am telling him he stole her but he said to me Whatever.
Whatever

I got angery and wanted to trash his car.
See that is why police ask you personal questions!

They went on a date the next day too and went to eat food with the lady and her son and I think they kissed but Ducky isn't telling to me what. But I know. When I get the lady's number from Ducky giving it to me, I will call her son to ask him.
What makes you think Ducky is giving out her number? Why would you talk to her son? Is he more your type?

My friend robbed me because he was knowing I love the lady. It hurts me because he was my friend and I loved her and they didn't think of me. It's very selfish for them.

You fall in love way to easily.

Barky, don't go for women in bars, you claim to go to church... If they're anything like the girls in the churches here they much, much, better than any girl in a bar.

Close to where I live, there is a restaurant; once a week, they have a Singles Night. I've been going every week for quite a while with my friend, Ducky. There is one woman who frequents the restaurant, and I've become infatuated with her. However, she is very popular, dances well, and always hangs around with guys. Every night they are different, and there is always a lot of them. I know she has quite a few boyfriends, but I still wanted to kiss her. I told Ducky about this, and it turns out he liked her too, but not nearly as much as me.

For quite a fer consecutive weeks, she hung around with a young guy quite a bit. He was about 25, and I was afraid he was going to ask her out. However, I talked with him in the buffet line, and it turned out that she was his mother, and that she did not have a steady boyfriend.

Last weekend, I noticed that she and Ducky were dancing. After they stopped, I asked Ducky as to whether he talked with her about me. However, he said that SHE ASKED HIM TO DANCE! Soon enough, they were dancing again, and SHE ASKED HIM AGAIN! I knew he was going to kiss her. My feelings were hurt, and I began to feel sick. Then they sat and talked with each other. I was alone; I sat in a chair and stared at a strange man and a young girl kissing; when they looked at me in question, I simply ignored them.

Nobody danced with me anymore, and that upset me. I talked with the woman's son, telling him that Ducky was inappropriate with the young man's mother, and that Ducky lies frequently. However, the son didn't care, and told me to get out of his face. I think he's an idiot, not caring about his mother and all. I told him he should care, but he simply walked away.

I left Ducky at the restaurant, and went home. Later on, I called him, telling him that he stole my chances with the woman, but he replied with a quip 'Whatever.' I then got angry, and considered vandalizing his car. They went on a date THE NEXT DAY, out to dinner, taking her son with them. I think that Ducky and the woman kissed, however, I have no real way of knowing. My intuition tells me otherwise. Once I get the woman's phone number, I'll call the woman's son to ask him what happened on that date.

My friend knowingly went after this woman, knowing that I was infatuated with her. It makes me both mad and sad because he was my friend. And they selfishly thought only of themselves.

Ok, MB, I'm going to give you some serious advice:

1. You say she has many boyfriends. This would also probably mean she has many sexual partners. She is probably an STD machine as well as a sex machine.

2. Psychologically speaking, you can't be in love with her, especially if you don't know her name. Love requires actually knowing her. You don't.

3. Ducky broke one of the rules of friendship: Never go out with your friend's ex/crush. It's not wrong, simply taboo. I wouldn't worry too much about Ducky, doesn't sound like he cares much for you.

4. Singles bars are not good places to meet new women. They are a breeding ground (sometimes literally) for the more attractive set. It should be called a Future Sex Partners Bar, because, to my knowledge, few long-term relationships come from these places.

5. Finally, if you really like this woman, you'll respect her decision to not like you. HER happiness is paramount over yours.
~Kyle

She wasn't your girlfriend.

Why'd your mom lock herself in the house?

Oh and I hate it when plants are broke on the porch too, means they're going to ask me for money....

Barky, don't give up on her! She's the one for you! The next time you see her, fall to one knee and announce you love and intentions. Tell her that she is the one you want to spend the rest of your natural life with! (This will work, and she will see that you are her soul mate)

Don't let her get away! You will never forgive yourself!

You know Barky, that's kind of sad. I think at this point suicide is your only option.

Nice knowing you!

AscendantOne! How can you be so cruel?!?! I mean what kind of person says that without giving a few tips about how to go about it?

You might want to try sleeping pills x100 or jumping off a tall bridge.

I have lot of friends and more than one. When I said that, I have friends so I don't need a girl to be my friend too. I need her to be my girlfriend.

Ducky plays with me too. He is a betazod cyborg who is dating my character on my ship. He has 17 points for spending. But my character is better. She has high charizma and will. But she needs more inteligence to be better.

Yes. More intelligence. Much, much more. You're charactor isn't the only one who needs it I might add.

Did anyone notice that M.B. listed his occupation as 'writer' in his profile? LMAO. I got a giggle out of that one.

NO! NO! NO! Everyone knows that I am the one for Barky. Even though he hasn't typed one word to me since I've been pursuing him, I still love him.

WeaponOfChoice, TheMaster, and everyone else...I've tried to forget him, to think about other guys, but it's no use. I'll always find myself comparing everyone else to Barky; does WeaponOfChoice live with his mother like Barky, or does TheMaster have action figures in his cubicle likeBarky, etc.

It's hopeless. I'm obsess, er, in love...

If you really want me to, I could move in with my parents and put up action figures in my cubicle at work. Would you want me more then??

Well, the resemblance is only in his writing style. Charley Gordon is an innocent tragic character. MB's persona kinda reminds me of Norman Baites or some other freaky kinda of near stalker. Too bad he is a hoax. Anyway, I never read the full novel of Flowers, just the short story. It had particular impact for me as I have suffered under a mental condition my entire life.

I'm pretty sure it's in the short story, too, but the Major's account made me think of the part when Charley's friends make him dance with a girl and he realizes for the first time that they're laughing at him. I'm just afraid that every time I read it now, I'm going to think of Ducky.

The short story is better, provides the scope of what happens without the rather tedious book format. The original short story is one of the best works I've ever read.

MB does remind me of both Charlie and Norman.

Charlie:
Writing style, experiences.

Norman:
"Mother Complex," personality

By the way, anyone notice how The Good Major's capitalization/punctuation usage has suddenly improved? Hmm. . .

I accept your thanks, Skinofevil and I return the thanks as the fanclub was fun. I said over on the Terranbbs some weeks ago that you were clever enough to be MajorBarcalow. I will leave the fanclub as it is, though eventually none of the links will work as the threads are archived here.

SOE I prefer the Good Major's threads to the those nasty Kira and Rand threads of yours.

Goodbye Major it is sad to see you go

We will wait in anticipation for a new SOE 'secret' persona to emerge.
