Concepts of Reality

(Granger) we live here in a concept of reality that is the direct result of thought; so do you, but it is not quite so obvious for you. Our reality is created out of thought; by the process of thought we change our immediate surroundings.

Thought-energy is a vibration that has been modulated and fired or cast into existence. It has form, and a permanent nature. From our point of view, it is a real thing. It is a source of raw material with which we work over here. We take the thought-energy in its original form and change, or move it around in certain ways, to create more complex thoughts in somewhat the way you use pulp, timber, or metals on earth. We need the material to work with. You will notice that we use your ideas some times to give you information back in a somewhat more complete state. No need to get too involved here in this description, except to say we do not destroy the original thought-forms. We do what might be considered "taking a mould of it", and processing the pattern in that way. In that way you get to keep your original thought. You see, we don't "steal your ideas" or offer you "a penny for your thoughts." Here we work with thought-forms to construct the patterns we wish to create. First we visualize the concept in much the same way you would on earth. Then we create a set of "mental blueprints" to form the structure upon which the material is to be built. You see, it is most important to carry a rich supply of ideas and concepts when you arrive here. Next we process this material into the shape or form we desire. We may change the shape as we see fit; we do not need to retain the idea in its original form for all time. When we first arrive here, most of us wish to have some form of house or structure to live in. We are free to create such a structure, and most do. Later we may want to change the structure into a landscape of some form; we are free to do that too. When we say "free", we do not need to get permission from someone; we live at the level of our own insight and ability.

This use of thought-material is very interesting to observe. When new personalities arrive here from earth they expect, like we did, to arrive in some heavenly place. It comes as something of a surprise to them, when they encounter very much the same surroundings they left on earth. As a matter of fact, many people find it very difficult to believe they have died. As we have pointed out, grief too long and deeply for a loved one who has come over here is undesirable. Grief is a form of thought-energy that tends to hold that personality back. It would be much better to pray, or to think positive thoughts, to help that person.

From here there is no way to turn back the pages of time. What do we mean by that? Well it is simply a way of saying that what we have done, or not done, on earth cannot be changed from this side. What you have done is the sum and the substance of what you have to start life on this plane. If you have lived a life of greed and avarice on earth, you must use that material here and try to work through it to something better. We associate ...or otherwise, with those whom we choose to be with. "Like attracts like in the spirit"; that surely is a true statement. And if you think about it, it is a very good reason to avoid capital punishment of criminal minds. It is true to say, "no two minds are alike," and no two personalities come over here with the same material. Here indeed, each man is unique ...goes for women too. And what you see is what you get. I should not be flippant, but I want to get that idea understood. There is no way of repenting for a life wasted, or damaged by greed, or in some other way dissipated. All the repenting in the universe will not change the "rags on your back" if you have lived the wrong kind of life. You see, we are very wrong to think the love of God, or something else, is going to change everything and make it right. We must reap what we sow ...there is no way around that.

The current world views of life needs some rethinking. That is not to say everything on earth is wrong, not by any means. Understand, however, life on earth is not of itself the end-all and be-all of creation, or of whatever way one may wish to think about life. We are as real as you are; we know what is going on in the world. We are not, in fact, far removed from its environment. Considering the vast domains of consciousness, we are very close indeed to earth- life. There are many planes of consciousness above ours. We see the physical universe; we love and respect it deeply; but we see also regions of other dimensions that make the physical universe small in comparison. Life in the physical universe serves many purposes. Do not assume that the human race is alone in the physical universe, but do not live in dread of those from outer-space. We are ~ together in the same single source of awareness; a single reason for growth and development. Others should not be thought of as alien; they are not alien to our best ideals or purposes. Only our own undesirable purposes are alien to our best purposes. We need to open the human mind to accept other forms of life and awareness. We need to learn to live as native to a vast universe of being ...physical as well as spiritual, or psychic. There are no alien creatures in consciousness. Let us open the human mind to the delightful, vast consciousness of which we have the God-given right to be part. We should rejoice at the variety of life; we should extend our minds to accept other forms of life. We hope when we present The Auroral People, at least some will open their minds enough to let some small glimmer of light shine in the dark reservations and limitations the human race has imposed upon itself.

Many forms of life of which humans are not aware are present in the physical universe; we are considering life on Earth as well as on other planets. There are those who inhabit the physical universe at different vibrations and modulations than the physical structure. When some of these beings, or entities, turn down the vibration of their native environment, they create a phenomenon often recognized by humans and identified in some way, such as UFO's, or some other type of sighting. These reportings are not all just conjecture.

We want to reassure those who live in dread of loss of loved ones or of death, there is no reason for dread in this whole multidimensional universe. Nothing is ever lost. All are accounted for. The High-soul, under no condition in the whole of the universe, physical, spiritual, or any other that may exist, will ever allow one of its own personalities, once created, to be lost.

Is there a need for all this great array of consciousness? Well we don't know; we don't know all things, of course; however, we can help a little. God, or All That Is, or The Ground of All Being, by whatever term, Allah for many, is an infinite consciousness. By that we mean there is no limit to the source. This source is so very extensive and complex it cannot be comprehended. There is no limit to space; there is no limit to creativity; and there is no limit to The Source. There is no time when the creating process stops. There is no time when the various forms, the new shapes, the extended dimensions cease to be created. We need to dwell on that concept to get the feeling for it. Note how close together, and small, you and I, in our big worlds, suddenly become.

In our new world view, we need to stress the smallness of consciousness as well as the largeness; the smallness is as profound as the largeness. Consciousness never ceases to divide itself; it never ceases to grow in smallness; it never ceases to create new forms of being. The physical concepts of "smallness" are relatively large compared to those of other equally aware forms of conscious intelligence. The human race could help itself in many ways by directing scientific thinking and energy into the concepts of "smallness of consciousness". There are, as yet, unexplored levels that are of direct potential benefit to life on earth. We become enthusiastic, and feel like getting involved. The effort, the purpose, the desire, the energy, the dedication, must come from your side, however; only then are we permitted to assist. Once you start the struggle, in whatever direction, then those from this side who are suited to the task are allowed to help.
