What are Icons?
Icons (aka Avatars) are the 46x54 pixel images above your sissyfighter's name in all of your posts. Your default picture is the sissy you play as. You can replace this picture with any other image, although you should keep it 46x54 so that the image isn't distorted.

How can I get an Icon?
There are several options on how to get a new icon. You can make one yourself, hire someone like myself to make one for you, or pick one up from one of the various free icon threads around the boards.

What program do you make Icons with?
It really depends on what computer I am when I'm making the icon. I either use MS Paint, Paint Shop Pro 7, or Photoshop 6.

How do I hire someone to make me an icon?
First you have to contact them via PM, E-mail or IM and let them know you want an icon. You then arrange a "price" of an icon. Specify what you want, and give the artist time to make the icon for you. Sissy Icons are paid for in brownie points (which you earn by playing the game) or through art trades (although those are rare).

What kind of icons do you make?
I mostly do still, female icons. I do not have unlimited access to an animation program at this time, so any animation I add right now will have to be small. The ONLY animation I will do right now is as follows:
-Blinking (fast or long, see examples for ddetails)
-Hair, Clothes, Eye or Background Sparkles<
-Smile
-Name slide in
-Frame change to name
Not all of the icons I do are sissy related, I also do little doodles or photo manipulations. See Examples.

How much do you charge for an icon?
This really depends on the complexity of the icon you request. Some requests are easier than others, but here is a general chart.
Still (no animation): 500-750
Animated: 500-1000
 The price depends on what you are asking for. The simplier the icon, the cheaper it will be. It's all negiotable though.

Why don't you do Free Icons anymore?
I will still add an icon or two into charity and contribute to Edit this Icon thread. However, almost all of the free Icons I did took quite a lot of time to make, and they were usually discarded within a week of being adopted. If you want my time and work I do expect you to actually use the icon.

Do I have to credit you?
For paid icons no credit is neccessary. If you'd like to put something in your sig or profile I'd appreciate it. This can be as simple as putting "Icon made by GK" or a linkback to this site.
