Playing Week to Week - All players are emailed three matches for each round of the League or Cup.  Everyone is emailed the same three matches.  Players predict the score for each match, and are awarded points for their prediction. All results will be sent in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, (version 5.0).

How points are awarded - 2 points are awarded for each correct score predicted for each match and 3 points are awarded if you predict the correct result for each match.

The Competitions - There are two competitions within the Global Football League. The League  and the Cup.  Teams are automatically entered into all the two competitions.

The League - The League will begin with 16 teams, and to advance to Phase 2, teams must finish in the top four of their Conference.  Like Phase 1, Phase 2 will be round robin, and teams must finish in the top four to advance.  The Semi Finals are also round robin, with just the three matches, and the top two teams advance to the Final where two legs are played.  

The FA Cup - A knockout competition that is similar to the English FA Cup, but there are no replays.
