GCA: Code RED, March 12, 2005 from The Emerald Palace Casino in Peking, China

The show started off with a tape playing Pre Fight Comments On the Globalvision, Subtitles were presented in Chinese so the fans in attendance could read along. They were excited as this evening promised to be wild.

"Bruises" by Unloco played as Ryan "Martini" Duncan and Bob Sky welcomed everyone to what was guarenteed to be a dure fire classic night of fighting..."GCA: Code RED!" There would be 8 matches, three of thoe matches would be the DvG Tournament with the winner having the option of becoming the #1 Contender in their weight class. Ryan Duncan thanked Polar Ice Water on behalf of GCA for sponsoring the event. There was also the feature Fight and the Main Event! The feature fight was a re-match between "Simply Fantastic" Tyrique Jones and Pablo Jimenez. The Main Event would be a GCA Light-Weight Title fight between "Scottish Pride " Declan MacIntosh and Champion Esteban Suave!

Bob Sky said he was fired up because, not only was it a great card, not only was it GCA PPV...but this was the start of GCA's ASIAN INVASION Tour! Bob said he still couldn't believe they were in The Emerald Palace Casino in lovely and exotic Peking, China! But enough wasting time, there was a card to bring!

The first fight was the first in the DvG Tournament: "Rather Studley" Mike Burnett v Rudy "Dolemite" Jackson.

Bob Sky said that this was going to be an interesting fight. Burnett's last fight had been at GCA: Domination where he surprised everyone with a Submission win over Barry Connor. Dolemite's last fight surprised everyone as well. It was almost a month ago at Slaiughter 2 on Feb 19, when Dolemite was injured by "The Assassin" Andrei Valimov.

It was now time for The Tale of the Tape, brought to you by Polar Ice Water! Being a heavyweight, Dolemite obviously had the weight advantage. Burnett had a inch in height, but both men were strikers, so the weight advantage wouldn't be utilized by Dolemite as well as a grappler

"No Leaf Clover" by Metallica started to play as "Rather Studley" Mike Burnett came out to cheers from the Chinese fans. He waved and smiled at them and waved a Canadian Flag. he made his way down and entered The Pentagon.

"Fist Full" by Cypress Hill started to play and out came Rudy Jackson. Dolermite was all business as he entered and Julia Stevenson was waiting.

Julia: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to GCA: Code RED from the Emerald Palace Casino in Peking! This opening contest is the first match of the first round in the David v Goliath Trophy Tournament! The referee for this fight is Jean Claude Van Damme! The Judges for this and ALL GCA fights are "Batman" Adam West! "Walker, Texas Ranger" Chick Norris! And "Mr. Tae Bo" himself, Billy Blanks!"

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. He is a black belt in Shotokan Karate. He stands at 5'11" and weighs 167 pounds. He fights out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. he is wearing the Gray Shorts with the "Toronto Maple Leafs" Logo and has a GCA record of 1-1 with 1 Submission. he is "Rather Studley" Mike BURNETT!"

"And his opponent, he is a Karate expert from Chicago, Illinois, USA. He stands at 5'10", he weighs 225 pounds and is dressed in the Black Spandex Trunks with the large White "D" on the behind. he has a GCA Record of 2-1 with 1 Knock out and 1 Decision. he is Rudy "Dolemite" JACKSON!"

Julia left and Jean Claude got it started.

Jean Claude Van Damme: "Burnett, 'YOU READY TO FIGHT?', Jackson, 'YOU READY TO FIGHT?', 'LET'S DO THIS!'"

Round 1: Jackson came out with a high kick that Burnett side steppeed. he responded with body shots, and a palm thrust to the chest. Dolemite covered up and then tried to attack again with a kata, but Burnett blocked all of the attack and then responded with some fast hands. Dolemite got frustrated and he charged in with a big front kick. The fans cheered as Mike caught the kick, threw Dolemite down and then did a Diving Elbow that busted Dolemite open! Mike then stayed on top but Dolemite easily was able to stop Mike from doing more damage. The round ended and the fans were happy with what they saw.

Bob Sky said he was surprised to see both Karate Strikers try some ground grappling, but noted that their lack of ground skill was obvious. REyan Duncan said that in an evironment like this, you have to see what works. It was now time to start Round 2 and Martyini noted Burnett looked good early on.

Jean Claude: "YOU READY TO FIGHT?...YOU READY TO FIGHT?...LET'S DO THIS!"

Round 2: Mike came out looking confident and strong. Dolemite stayed in his corner lookni cautious. Burnett called Dolemite out to the center of The pentagon but Dolemite didn't budge. The fans got restless, but stayed polite, until Burnett charged in, then they cheered. Burnett tried a jumping front kick but Dolemite slipped it, threw a wicked left uppercut and a viscious right hook that nailed Burnett square on the button. Then to finish off the combo, Dolemite did a spinning back kick that nailed Burnett in the gut! Burnett went down and this was over!

Winner by Knock-Out at 0:52 of Round 2: Rude "Dolemite" Jackson!

Ryan Duncan said that was a tough loss for Burnett, considering the great first round he had. Bob Sky said that Burnett should be able to learn from this and come back stronger.

It was now time for the second DvG First Round match: "Le Champion Du Monde" Lucien Belanger v "Scottish Fury" Duncan MacPherson.

This was going to be interesting. Lucien Belanger took this spot from Walt Peterson after knocking him out in Rd 1 of the Main Ecvent last week on Slaughter. Duncan MacPherson made it here with impressive wins over Virgil Norton and Gary Camnpbell at Throwdown 3 and 4. The interesting thing to note here, was that if Duncan could win DvG, and his cousin Declan beat Esteban for the Light-Weight title, we could see family members and Dojo allies collide!

But speculation aside, it was time for The Tale of the Tape, brought to you by Polar Ice Water- "If Polar Bears Bought Water, They'd Buy Ours!"...Lucien, being in the Heavyweight Division had a clear cut weight advantage of around 85 pounds! However, the hieght went clearly to Duncan who had around 7 inches in reach! The other interesting factor here was if Lucien could use his weight advantage. he was a striker, Duncan was a grappler who can use leverage and use opponent's weight against them.

"TNT" by AC/DC started to play and out came Lucien Belanger carrying the Flags for Quebec and France. He had a sour look on his face as he entered The Pentagon..

"Zero Signal" by Fear Factoryblared and out came Duncan with his Kilt. The fans cheered at the sight and Duncan raised a fist in salute. He entered and pointed at Belanger.

Julia: "Ladies and gentlemen, this next fight is the second match of the first round in the DvG Tournament! The referee for this fight is Steven Seagal!"

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. He stands at 6'4" and weighs in at 185 pounds. He is a black belt in Judo and he fights out of Edinburugh, Scotland. He is wearing the Green and Red Kilt with Green shorts underneath. He has a GCA record of 2-0 with 1 Knock Out and 1 Stoppage. He represents the "Highlanders" Dojo and he is "Scottish Fury" Duncan MACPHERSON!"

"And his opponent, he stands at 5'9" and weighs in at 260 pounds. He is an expert in Savate and claims Nice, France as his residence. He is dressed in the Short, light Blue Tights. He has a GCA Record of 2-1 with 2 Knock Outs. he is "Le Champion Du Monde" Lucien BELANGER!"

Steven Seagal: "MacPherson: 'YOU READY?'...Belanger: 'YOU READY?'...'BRING THE PAIN!'"

Round 1: The round started off with Lucien trying to be the agressor by using kick combos. Duncan though slipped back then some punches of his own. He grazed Lucien a few times, using the reach to his advantage. Duncan then rushed in and clinched Belanger and used his legs to trip belanger up. Belanger fell and MacPherson RAMMED his forearm into Belangers mouth! Lucien pushed Duncan off him and both got back to their feet. Duncan then threw some low kicks at belanger's leg then stepped in with a VISCIOUS chop that sent Belanger reeling! The round came to an end with Duncan firmly in command.

Ryan Duncan said he was amazed at the tenacity of the Light-Weights so far tonight. Bob Sky agreed it made for exciting action but warned that if Duncan gets too excited, he could lose quickly. The key here is to be aggressive, but not charge blindly, for your opponent to make a move. After the rest, Seagal was ready for round 2.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 2: Lucien came out again, threw a short kick that missed but stepp in in with a weak straight punch. Duncan returned the favor by taking Lucien down, using leverage, and then throwing some hard body shots. Lucien then rolled Duncan over and Duncan set up guard. Lucien threw punches, some connected, but some didn't. Duncan then grabbed Lucien and tied him up. Boith men struggled against each other, Lucien broked free, but the round was over.

Ryan Duncan said that Duncan looked calm while he was on his back. Bob Sky said that was because he knew Lucien doesn't like the ground game. Bob Sky said that both men were starting to look tired. 260 pounds is a lot to carry at that pace and noted Lucien's fights. Lucien won both his fights in Round 1, his loss came to Andrew Woods in Round 3, would history repeat itself? Ryan then noted that 260 pounds was a lot to fight against, especially on the ground and Bob heartily agreed.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 3: Duncan scored with some nice punches to the head, but then Lucien responded with a left and right hook combo followed up with a knee and a hook kick that ROCKED Duncan! Duncan backed away in a hurry but Belanger gave chase. he threw some kicks but Ducan kept his hands up and blocked them. Lucien charged in, but Duncan sidestepped andtripped Belanger! belanger fell to his kees, face first into the Cage! Duncan immediately got behind Belanger, used his left hand to ram Belanger's face into the Cage, and then used his right hand to throw chops and hook at belanger's head! The buzzer sounded and when belanger stood up obviously wobbly, Seagal stopped the fight!

Winner by Referee Stoppage at 4:00 Round 3: Duncan MacPherson!

Ryan Duncan said that was a wild finish, and it was a side of Duncan he'd never seen before. Bob Sky said that Lucien's comments fired him up and now Lucien had to eat his words. It would be Dolemite v Duncan in the finals!

Now it was time for another matchup. Two GCA Fighters who were making their debut. In fact, these debuts are one of the reasons for the GCA: ASIAN INVASION Tour. This would be "Fearless" Jack Chun v "Leaping Tiger" Ting Shan.

It was time for the Tale of the Tape, brought you by Polar Ice Water: Their stats were close, 5 pounds weight advantage for Chun, 1 inch height difference. The biggest difference was the age. Chun was 33, Ting was 21, both men were strikers, and there is an old clkiche with the moral of Time Kills Speed. Was jack going to be a victim of that?

"Death Is The Only Way Out" by Joseph Bishara started to play as Jack Chun came out to a great reaction from the fans. He held his fist up near his chin and posed for a second. he then came down to the oentagon and waited.

"Pretty Soon, I Don't Know What, But Something Is Gonna Happen" by Norma Jean started to play as Ting Shan made his way to the Pentagon. the fans were impressed by the intangible aura for lack of a better word that surrounded him. He entered the Pentagon and Julia was ready to make the intros.

Julia: "Ladies and Gentlemen, this next fight for GCA: Code RED is a Light-Weight contest in which BOTH fighters are making their GCA DEBUT! The referee for this fight is Jean Claude Van Damme!"

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 166 pounds. he is dressed in the yellow boxing trunks and fights out of Hong Kong! He is a practicioner of Kuntao. He is "Fearless" Jack CHUN!"

"And his opponent, he stands at 5'9" and weighs in at 161 pounds. He is a student of Tiger Style Kung Fu and is dressed in the white Gi pants. He is fighting out of Beijing, China. Representing the "Jing Wu" Dojo, he is the "Leaping Tiger" Ting SHAN!"

Jean Claude: "Chun, 'YOU READY TO FIGHT?' Shan, 'YOU READY TO FIGHT?', 'LET'S DO THIS!'"

Round 1: Jack Chun came out, Ting Shan came out and these guys were scary with their hand speed. They blocked and countered everythnig the other guy offered. jack then did a short kick to Ting's leg, caught Ting on the cheek with some quick open handed strikes, then turned, stretched to the side, and hit Ting in the stomach and chest with a double palm thrust! Ting was snet back five steps and had hand prints on his body. The fans were cheering as Bob and Ryan were amazed. Jack charged in with a kick, but Ting caught it, threw Jack into the Cage and then actually did a flying kick! Jack pout up his hands to block but the kick pushed Jack's hands back into his face! Jack looked rocked by the attack! Jack then threw some front kicks and followed up with a high kick that grazed Ting. Ting trioed counter attack but Jack caught hios punch and smacked him in the ribs. The round ended with loud applause from the fans.

Ryan Duncan said that this was one of the most intense fights so far in GCA. Bob Sky said that GCA fights were often intense, but usually when it gets intense, that's because one man has a clear advantage, like EJB v WMP. However, this was the most intense fight where both men looked equal.

Jean Claude: "YOU READY TO FIGHT?...YOU READY TO FIGHT?...LET'S DO THIS!"

Round 2: Ting Shan came to the middle of The pentagon and did a Shaolin hand gesture of respect. Jack Chun nodded, put his right hand up to his face with his plam facing to the left and bowed slightly. Ting then got into into Tiger Stance. Jack threw a kick but Ting used his hand to block it. Ryan freaked because there were small bloody lines on Jack's leg! Ting went on the attack with his Tiger fists. he clawed at jack, getting Jack on the shoulders, arms and chest. Little red lines formed all over Jack's upper torso. Jack wasn't able to get in much offense and the round ended.

Ryan said he couldn't believe it. Bob Sky said that was Tiger Style, and utilized properly, was deadly. Ryan said that Jack better be careful he don't get hit in the eyes. Bob Sky said Ting was warned by Stefano about that it wouldn't be an issue.

Jean Claude: "YOU READY TO FIGHT?...YOU READY TO FIGHT?...LET'S DO THIS!"

Round 3: Jack Chun came out looking determined. Ting attacked first, but Jack bobbed and weaved and dodged the deadly tiger fists. He then caught hold of both of Ting's hands, pulled Ting back, put his fott up into Ting's stomach and lauched him! Chun got up and followed Ting. When Ting stood up, Chun kicked him square in the chest! Ting was shoved bvack against the Cage. Chun came in and did a Stepping Palm Thrust that got Ting in the stomach! Ting looked to be in serious trouble as Van Damme stood ready to stop the fight. Jack Chun went in with a spin kick, but Ting blocked it! he threw some punches but Chun batted those away. Ting then did a Leg Sweep that caught Chun off guard and sent him to the floor. Ting then jumped into the air and landed on Chun's body with his knees! Chun was out!

Winner by Knock Out at 3:50 of Round 3: "Leaping Tiger" Ting Shan

Ryan Duncan said that was the most spectacular fight he'd ever seen. Bob Sky said it was good, it was brutal and it was etertaining. Bob said the question was, could Ting use this style against a ground fighters like esteban Suave, Declan MacIntosh or Chris Buchanan. Ryan said that in the near future, we would find out.

It was time for the next fight. This would see aa hometown kid take on a returning fighter.
Matthew "The One" Draeven v "The Furious Fist" Li Yung

Matthew "The One" Draeven was out for a full month. It happened last month at "GCA: No Love Lost" on Feb 12. draeven was up against Esteban Siuave for the GCA Light-Weight Title, Draeven was slammed on his head one too many times and suffered a concussion that made him vomit in the ring! "The Furious Fist" Li Yung last fought on the Feb 22 installment of Throwdown. he defeated Tyson McDermott by KO in the first round. This promised to be exciting.

"Wake Up" by Rage Agaisnt The Machine started to play as Matthew Draeven came out. The fans were booing him as he looked confused about it. he then shrugged it off and entered The Pentagon.

"My Sacrifice" by Creed started to play and the fans went nuts as they saw Li Yung. he bowed to the crowd and made his way down to The Pentagon as they were screaming his name.

Julia: "Ladies and gentlemen, this next fight is a Light-Weight bout scheduled for 5 rounds. The referee for this fight is Steven Seagal."

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. he stands at 6'2 1/2" and weighs 187 pounds. He is a practicioner of White Crane Kung Fu and is dressed in the White Spandex Trunks with "The One" on the butt in black letters. He fights out of Brisbane, Australia and has a GCA record of 1-1 with 1 Knock Out. He is Matthew "The One" DRAEVEN!"

"And his opponent, he stands at 5'9" and weighs 135 pounds. He is an expert in Jeet-Kun-Do and is wearing the Black Spandex Shorts. He has a GCA record of 1-1 with 1 Knock Out. From Peking, China. he is also a member of the Jing Wu Dojo. He is "The Furious Fist" Li YUNG!"

Seagal: "Draeven: 'YOU READY?', Yung: 'YOU READY?'...'BRING THE PAIN!'"

Round 1: The crowd were almost silenced immediately when Draeven threw a kick at Li's leg, then rocked him with a strike combo to the body. Li was dazed but battled back using straight punches and kicks. Draeven blocked them and then threw a knee at Yung. Yung knocked it down with his hand but then the Draeven saw the opening and threw a hard roundhouse punch that spun Li around. Li covered up, so Draeven punshed Li against the fence and used sghoulder slams to soften him up more. the round came to an end with the Peking fans not happy.

Ryan Duncan said that draeven looked to be in top form. Bob Sky said that it was too early to tell, but it seems that Draeven does better against strikers. He gave Count Ronaldo a concussion in their fight, he got a concussion against Suave who was a grappler, but now against a striker, he looks good again.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 2: Li came out looking worn. Draeven came out with the faintest hint of a smile. He hit Li with hjard body hooks and Li tried to back up. Draeven threw a front kick followed by a roundhouse kick. Li blocked them,, but was backed uyp against the fence. Draeven then faked low with a kick but went high and NAILED Yung! Yung went down and this one was over!

Winner by Knock Out at 1:09 of Round 2: Matthew "The One" Draeven!

Ryan Duncan said that was a tremendous fight on Draeven's part, but the booing of the fans will let Li know he lost some major face in Peking. Bob Sky said that Draeven looked great after his recovery but that Matthew has a long ladder to climb to get another title shot.

It was time for another fight: Russell Black v Count Ronaldo Montillan

Russell Black was a machine. He had 4 fights in 22 days, and lost only one, back at GCA: Domination. Count Ronaldo was also at GCA: Domination, but he scored an impressive First Round KO win over "Hip Hop" Dave Franklin.

It was now time for The Tale of The Tape: Black was heavier by 6 pounds and taller by two inches. Count Ronaldo was 8 years older than Black. Black preferred the ground game while Count Montillan was a stand up striker.

"Back in Black" by AC/DC started to play as the fans cheered. Russell Black came out and walked straight to The Pentagon without much hype, but he did slap several outstretched hands.

"May All Saints" by joy electric started to play as Count Roanldo came out in his Victorian suit. The crowd were silent as they watched him make his way down.

Julia: "Ladies and gentlemen, this next bout is a Light-Weight fight slated for 5 rounds! The referee for this fight is Jean Claude Van Damme!"

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. He stands at 6'3" and weighs in at 181 pounds. He is dressed in the black spandex trunks and had a black belt in Judo. He has a GCA record of 3-1 with 2 Knock outs and 1 Stoppage. from Auckland, New Zealand, he is Russell BLACK!"

"And his opponent. He stands at 6'1" and weighs 175 pounds. he has a 5th degree black belt in the style of Kenpo Karate. He is wearing the plain black trunks and has a GCA Record of 1-1 with 1 Knockout. From naples, Italy, he is Count Ronaldo MONTILLAN!"

Jean Claude: "Black, 'YOU READY TO FIGHT?', Montillan, 'YOU READY TO FIGHT?', 'LET'S DO THIS!'"

Round 1: Count Ron threw a kick combo, but only a single low kick to Black's leg made contact. Black then responded by picking up Count Roanldo and SLAMMING him into the mat! Black mounted, but Ron struggled and held onto Black. Van Damme lifted both guys up for inactivity and restarted the fight. Ronaldo fired some quick jabs that connected. Black then took Ronaldo down again, but Ronaldo covered and Black hit some shots to the ribs. The rohnd ended with Black on top.

Ryan Duncan said he is always impressed by Russell Black. Most fighters would need a month off after fighting as much as Black, but Black had two weeks and looked 100% again. Bob Sky said that Black knows how to train well, but said that no one should take Ronaldo Montillan lightly.

Jean Claude: "YOU READY TO FIGHT?...YOU READY TO FIGHT?...LET'S DO THIS!"

Round 2: Black came out charging, he tackled Roanldo big time and then got Side Mount! He held Roanldo's arms with his legs and one of his arms and he used his free hand to rain down blow after blow. It didn't take long for the Count to be out!

Winner at 0:20 of Round 2: Russell Black!

Ryan "Martini" Duncan saiud that Black stood to him as being the best overall fighter in all of GCA. Bob Sky said that he had to agree. Black has fought grapplers and strikers alike and is always consistent. Black at this pont has the best record in all GCA.

Ryan Duncan said we were coming to the big three fights for "GCA: Code RED" There was the DvG Finals between Rudy "Dolemite" Jackson and "Scottish Fury" Duncan MacPherson. There was the Main Event for the GCA Light-Weight title bwetween challenger "Scottish Pride" Declan MacIntosh and Champion, Esteban Suave. The next fight was:

Feature Fight: "Simply Fantastic" Tyrique Jones v Pablo Jimenez

Ryan Duncan said before GCA briought that fight to you, there was some business that had to be taken care of.

Bob Sky said that GCA Merchandise was selling well, but 20 different shirts weren't enough. The fans needed choice. The fans needed their favorite fighter on a shirt. GCA merchandise was proud to unveil 10 new shirts at the PPV that are now available!

Ryan Duncan said that more shirts would become available. Unlike most sports or sports entertainment that only made shirts for people who were "hot." GCA would be different in that all fighters would have their own shirt, because win or lose, every fighter had at least one fan out there. Bob Sky said that at each PPV, there would be new GCA Merchandise revealed and available to own.

It was now time for the feature Fight of "GCA: Code RED" "Simply Fantastic" Tyrique Jones v Pablo Jimenez

It was time for The Tale of The Tape, brought to you by Polar Ice Water: Both men were the same height, Pablo had a 12 pound weight advantage. Both were strikers and both were only 20 years old, so they had both had bright futures ahead.

This match was going to be good Ryan said, they had fought once before, with pablo winning a controversial split decision. This match was guarenteed by both men to end in a Knock out.

"Yes, Yes Y'All" by Will Smith started to play as Tyrique Jones came out to cheers. He danced and made his way down to The Pentagon.

"O Fortuna" started to play as Pablo came out. thew fans were impressed by the song and stayed in awed silence. Pablo made his way down and stood across from Tyrique.

Julia: "Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Feature Fight of GCA: Code RED! It is a Heavyweight Fight slated for 5 rounds. The referee for this fight is GCA Head Official Eric Brody!"

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. He stands at 6'2" and weighs in at 225 pounds. He is a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and is dressed in Gold Spandex Trunks with Black Trim. he has a GCA record of 2-1 with 2 Knock Outs. Fighting out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He is "Simply Fantastic" Tyrique JONES!"

"And his opponent. He stands at 6'2"and weighs 237 pounds. He is wearing the Black Spandex trunks with White trim. He is a Capoeria fighter from Rio de Jinero, Brasil. He has a GCA Record of 2-0 with 1 Knock Out and 1 Decision. He is Pablo JIMENEZ!"

Brody: "Jones, 'YOU READY FOR COMBAT?'...Jimenez, 'YOU READY FOR COMBAT?'...'IT'S GO TIME!'"

Round 1: Pablo Jimenez and Tyrique met in the middle and Pablo hit s VISCIOUS Left Hook, Right Uppercut combo. Tyrique was busted open! The fans were on their feet as both men then threw kicks and punches, they both were able to block and dodge the other's attack. Pablo then caught Tyrique with two straight lefts and a couple of middle roundhouse kicks to end the round.

Ryan Duncan said that Pablo is coming into his own. He was timid in the first fight he had in GCA, against Tyrique, but he had more confidence against Dante Brown, and maybe even more against Tyrique now. Bob Sky concurred and said Tyrique needs to turn it up a notch.

Brody: "YOU READY FOR COMBAT?...YOU READY FOR COMBAT?...IT'S GO TIME!"

Tyrique came out and tried a nice looknig combo that culminated with a spin kic. However Pablo used his acrobatic skill, bent over to dodge, then lept into the air, spun and did a circle kick that sent Tyrique face first into the mat!

Winner by Knock out at 0:33 of Round 2: Pablo Jimenez!

Everyone in the building was impressed with Pablo. Bob Sky said that now with a 3-0 record, Pablo is standing out more and more in the Heavyweight Division. Ryan said that it was a decisive victory and it should keep Tyrique quiet for a while.

Ryan said that GCA PPV is always unique. At the first GCA PPV, it had a shocking end when Draeven vomited from a concussion in the Main Event. The second GCA PPV was unique in that 4 of the 8 fights ended in Round 1. This PPV was unique in that No fight thus far has gone past the third round.

It was now time for the DvG Finals between: Rudy "Dolemite" Jackson and "Scottish Fury" Duncan MacPherson

It was time for the Tale of the Tape, courtesy of GCA: Code RED Sponsor, Polar Ice Water: Duncan had around a half foot in reach. Dolemite had 40 pounds in weight. Dolemite had a Round 2 victory against a lighter opponent. While Duncan battled a much heavier foe for 3 rounds. the question to answer was this, Would Duncan have enough in the tank to out last Dolemite?

"Fist Full" by Cypress Hill played for the second time of the night as Rudy "Dolemite" Jackson came out with a big smile on his face. he made his way down and Bob Sky commented that he looked fairly fresh.

"Zero Signal" by Fear Factory and the crowd cheered on Duncan who came out. He was smiling, but fatigue showed in his eyes. he entered The pentagon as Julia re-introduced the crowd to these skilled fighters.

Julia: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the DvG Trophy Tournament Finals! This fight is scheduled for 5 rounds and Steven Seagal will the man in charge! remember, the winner not onl get the prestigous DvG trophy, but they also become the #1 Contender for their respective weight division."

"Introducing first, the fighter to my left. He stands at 5'10" and weighs 225 pounds. He is dressed in the Black Spandex Boxer Trunks with a large White "D" on the butt. He has a GCA record of 3-1 with 2 Knock Outs and 1 Decision. He is a Karate Fighter who fights out of Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is Rudy "Dolemite" JACKSON!"

"And his opponent. He stands at 6'4" and weighs 185 pounds. He is dressed in the Green and Red Kilt with green spandex shorts underneath. He is a black belt in Judo from Edinburugh, Scotland. He has a GCA record of 3-0 with 1 Knock Out and 2 Stoppages. He is the "David" in this fight, "Scottish Fury" Duncan MACPHERSON!"

Steven Seagal: "Congraulations on making it here guys. Jackson, 'YOU READY?', MacPherson, 'YOU READY?'...'BRING THE PAIN!'"

Round 1: Dolemite came out punching, but Duncan blocked! Duncan then grabbed Dolemite and threw a hook. Dolemite then threw Duncan off him and scoed with a kick to the leg. They jockeyed some more, and then Dolemite landed a right front kick that lknocked Duncan back. The round then ended.

Both commentators agreed that Dolemite should be more agressive since Duncan is obviously tired. Ryan said that both men may not be able to do much in this one.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 2: The second round started off with Dolemite landing a big stright, hook and roundhouse kick combo. Amazingly, Duncan got fired up and tackled Dolemite! On the ground though, Duncan didn't do much. He threw some body shots, but then Dolemite used his strength and weight advantage to get on top, Duncan defended well and fired some weak punches from underneath. In that position was how Duncan finished round 2.

Bob Sky said that Dolemite was probably pulling ahead on the Judge's Scorecards. Ryan Duncan said that Dolemite looked a lot fresher than Duncan, but Dolemite still didn't a whole lot.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 3: Dolemite came out with a slow kick, that Duncan walked past, he grabbed Dolemite, took him down and nailed a Double Hammer Fist! Duncan then threw lefts and rights, connecting with the body mainly as Dolemite covered up. Dolemite then grabbed Duncan and threw some punches from underneath, but as Bob Sky noted, punches from underneath don't carry a lot of weight. Doemite managed to get back to his feet where he landed a right chop on Duncan. The buzzer then sounded to end the round.

Bob Sky said that Duncan got some points for the take down and double hammer fist. Ryan Duncan said that maybe Duncan isn't out of this one yet.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 4: Dolemite got a good kick on Duncan's leg. Duncan responded by throwing a jab. Dolemite backed Duncan against the fence and proceeded to do shoulder slams and knee strikes to wear Duncan down. Duncan then tripped Dolemite and tried to get an armbar! Dolemite eaily fought it. Duncan then threw shots when he could see an opening until the round ended.

Ryan Duncan said that this fight was almost anti-climatic. Bob Sky said that he had to tip his hat to Duncan. Duncan was obviously very fatigued and although Dolemite was landing kicks and punches, Duncan wasn't going down.

Seagal: "YOU READY?...YOU READY?...BRING THE PAIN!"

Round 5: Dolemite threw more kicks at Duncan's leg that kept Duncan at bay and wore him down more. Sky said that was good strategy because it weakens Duncan's takedown ability, makes him vulnerable and scores points. Duncan wrapped his arms around Dolemite though and tried to take him down. Dolemite pushed Duncan against the fence and Duncan responded with a knee. Dolemite got his hands free and threw three quick jabs. Dolemite then threw Duncan down and backed away. Duncan got up slowly and Dolemite tried an attack, but Duncan was able to fend off Dolemite for the rest of the round.

The fans respectfully applauded and Ryan Duncan said that although this wasn't the most exciting fight, both men had to be given credit for fighting twice in one night. Bob Sky agreed and said Duncan showed everyone watching what kind of man he was. he was fatigued going in, and lasted the whole 5 rounds. It was now time for the Judges to tell us who was the DvG Trophy winner.

Julia: "aldies and gentlemen, please give a round of applause for these two great GCA Combatants!"

"Winner by Unanimous Decision and DvG Trophy Winner: Rudy "Dolemite" Jackson

"Bruises" by Unloco started to play and GCA Commissioner Stefano DiMera made his way down with the DvG Trophy in hand. Stefano got on the mic, congratulated Rudy on a hard fought victory and handed him the trophy. Stefano then said Dolemite had until the next PPV in two weeks to announce whether or not he would defend the DvG Trophy or give up the Trophy and choose to become the #1 Contender. Dolemite said he was tired, but he wasn't too tired to say that he was going to be the #1 Contender!

Ryan Duncan and Bob Sky said that Dolemite knew what he wanted. Stefano nodded and said that Dolemite would get a title shot in April!

Dolemite then said he didn't want to wait that long...he wanted the title shot in two weeks! Ryan Duncan said he was appalled at the attitude of Dolemite. Ryan said that Anbdrew won the DvG title, but he waited a month to do so. Bob Sky said this was a foolhardy move. he was setting himself up against Woods for no good reason, and he ran the risk of injury from so many fights in a short time.
