Shadow Box
Party July 2004 |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||
So, I pulled out all the stops, or at least all the glitter I own, and a bunch of other stuff. To the left is Daniel, Ming, and Leilani. Judy also came, but is probably on the couch. Everyone had their own ideas how to put together a shadow box, and everyone's turned out very different. Such a big mess! Left, Sandra gluing in stuff, ahh E6000. Top Right, Dana and Tarah. Bottom Right, me still putting my box together, and its still not finished. I'm such a procrastinator. |

Final
doings |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||
Ming's altoid tin, devoted to the craziness of love, marriage and jesus. Note the birds with doll heads. |
Daniel used a round candy tin, and used a man picture from a 70's picture dictionary, lace, glitter, a plastic fly, and ceramic stars. |

Tarah
devoted her box to the artist Aubrey Beardsley. On the inside she used
a cool interference red color, hence the sparkly pink. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||
Dana's box, devoted to Mexicana paintings, and Mexican Movie posters. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||
Sandra's altoid tin boxes, outside, tattoo flash, and la sirena lotteria card, inside, Elvgren pinup girls. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
