Summary

Beezler is desperate to get a date for Friday night. But, all his attempts and all the guide books don't help. the one girl interested in him, Angela and keeps passing her up. When he makes a pass at his lab partner, which she quickly rejects, he accidentally knocks over 2 potions. The liquids land on a magazine with a dog on the cover. Within moments, a living breathing dog is there. He takes the liquids home and pours them onto 'Miss Autumn.' Unfortunately, he uses too much and she is a giant. She shouts "Kiss me and I am yours forever." He doesn't. He tries using less, but she is deformed. "Kiss me and I am yours forever."... nope. The third photo is an upper body shot and the end product is only from the belly up. "Kiss me and I am yours forever."... no way. The next one he does just right. "Kiss me and I am yours forever." But, the pizza boy beats him to the kiss and leaves with the girl. Leaving Beezler alone with Angela. "What are you doing Friday night?"

Commentary

Back into "Goosebumps" territory, this episode is a quick dab into "Weird Science." Cryer's talents are wasted without dialogue. But, the tone is consistent. The final shot of the potions pouring onto a copy of Fangoria is a cute closing.

How Amazing?
Its okay.
