Summer arrived and Kensuo was thinking of looking for a job for the holiday.
In an accident, he bumped into Azusa who was rushing for work.
This became their first heated argument on who's right and wrong.
Soon, he found a job in Pia Carrot.
And he couldn't believe that Azusa was also hired!

After Kensuo and Azusa moved into the company hostel, they begin their work diligently.
Alas, the annual training camp arrived and the employees are obliged to attend.
One of the training involves navigating through a spooky forest.
And 1 of 3 pairs of teams formed are Kensuo and Azusa......

Though busy preparing for her Cosplay Contest, Seisui haven't forgot about the incident in the spooky forest and was depressed.
Kensuo felt her depression and was quick to support her and she finally recovered in time for the contest.
Azusa detected Seisui's feelings for Kensuo and she felt a little down, well she should dislike Kensuo but now......

For those of you who had a Sega Saturn, you might remember this well-known Japanese SLG title, Pia Carrot 2 way back in 1997.
The game from F&C Cocktail Soft proved to be a worthy sequel as it captivated the hearts of many gamers of this genre.
Due to the success of this title, the DX version was released with more characters in it.
For those unfamiliar with the background, Pia Carrot is actually the name of a restaurant which specializes in really fancy ice-cream desserts.
However, one of the more endearing aspect is the fancier uniforms that the waitresses get to wear.
AND it appears that these girls took the jobs just to wear the uniforms, too!
Anyway, in the game you are a high school student on a summer holiday break and looking for a part-time job when you stumble across Pia Carrot, which was also hiring.
And it appears you are the only waiter there too.
And so during the month long holiday, you will be spending your time learning how serve, take orders, clean up etc.
Oh did I forget to mention you also get to date the girls?

For those thinking it will be a H-game, this title is not and actually quite mild in terms of content. Something more of the Tokimeki Memorial type.
Anyway, these SLG games are huge in popularity in Japan, with copies of the game snapped up within a few days.
Their status can be on par with the Final Fantasy series.
With such a huge fans base, it's not surprising that the game evolved into an anime series with the same title.
This time the story is more or less decided but more focus is on Azusa Hinomori, the other new employee hired together with the main character, Kensuo.
Azusa's younger sister, Mina also worked for Pia Carrot and it was she who recommended the job to her.

Anyway, the animation are exceptionally good with clear voice-overs.
Each CD is about 30 minutes in length.
However, Gnenosong would recommend this title to Pia Carrot's fans only.
