a decent pair of shoes are sooooooo hard to find. WHY? well...shoes aren't like regular clothing. well..for the NORMAL people, they aren't. for RICH PEOPLE WHO SPEND THEIR MONEY CARELESSLY (sense the bitterness? lol) it doesn't really matter as much, but....for people like ME, shoes are a little different.

shoes usually cost more than a t-shirt...or an accessory. shoes hafta go with several outfits, so we don't have to buy 20 million pairs of shoes. but it's SOOOOOO hard to find a pair of shoes that go with a lot of things that we LIKE~

take my day yesterday. for 2 1/2 hours, i was on the lookout for a decent pair of shoes. a DECENT pair. c'mon now... but n/e wayz, i guess it might be a little harder for me, cuz i need somewhat dressy shoes (no more sandals, please) that would go with a LOT, but aren't too tall. mind you, i'm 5'8"~ i don't need another 4 inches so i can be taller than most of the guys in my family...or the majority of guys i know, actually. i mean...it was to the point that i didn't even hafta TRY ON the pair of shoes. i only tried on about 4 pairs of shoes. but that's cuz they were all just SO UGLY~
WHO FREAKING BUYS THESE UGLY SHOES!?!??
dumb ppls...encouraging designers to continue making ugly shoes. ok...u're prolly saying, "well maybe YOU'RE just the one to have bad taste in shoes," but i DON'T have horrible taste. granted, a lot of the things i wear don't look that great on me, but that's not cuz of my TASTE, it's because of my BUDGET and my fat, nasty BODY. *SIGH*

n/e wayz...back to shoes. after about 2 hours, i was TIRED. i decided to settle. i swear. i should become a shoe designer...just so i can have shoes that i actually like. but it was so crazy inside the store i bought my shoes at. geez. if there were no ppl, i woulda been in & out. i think i know my style pretty well by now. i won't linger around...pondering for hours whether or not i should by a certain article of clothing. if i see what i like, i buy it. if not, i leave. simple as that. so i looked through the shoes. found a decent pair in about 1 or 2 minutes (it woulda been faster if there weren't so many freaking people) and waited for another 5 minutes for someone free to help me. after i got a pair & tried them on, i decided to buy them. i stood in line for about 20 minutes and finally got to the cashier. it took about 5 minutes for the guy to process everything (he's a newbie...and a cute one @ that) and then i finally got out of the store & out of the mall. FINALLY.

btw...the guy there...he WAS cute. i think he's either asian or at least part asian. but..he has sorta long hair (long for a guy, n/e wayz...and way longer than i usually like) but it was really cute. and he had these really cute glasses...and a CUTE smile. :) i felt so bad for him...cuz he didn't really know how to work everything quite yet...and some ppl were being very impatient.

so NOW i'm wearing the shoes...so i could SORTA break them in before tomorrow. they're sorta narrow. for my feet, at least. so my feet are sorta getting sore. but i don't wanna dare take them off cuz i know it'll take forever to get them back on without a shoe-horn. o dear. just 5 more hours till i get to go home...
