BRITNEY SPEARS proves she knows what's sexy now -- as she poses for InStyle
magazine in an itsy, bitsy, green bikini with her signature cut-off, jean
shorts! ET has the exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at Britney's photo shoot.
The reigning pop queen is part of InStyle's must-have "What's Sexy Now" September issue, on stands August 22nd. So what gets Britney all hot and bothered? Nature! "There's something about going for walks or going to the beach that just makes me feel sexy and good. It's like a healing time..."
For her playful shoot, a small indoor forest was actually built for Britney -- who danced the day away listening to PRINCE tunes. The fit and trim star also talked about what is sexy in a guy: "I don't like it when people take themselves too seriously ... a guy has to be very comfortable in his skin and just be funny. I find that very attractive."
Britney's idea of a romantic date includes lots of candles and listening to CHRIS ISAAK's classic ballad, "Wicked Game." She also revealed her sexiest movie pick, 'Indecent Proposal.' "I find that hot. I think she (DEMI MOORE) works it."

Justin Timberlake isn't exactly hiding his ill will toward his former girlfriend, Britney Spears. Millions watched Timberlake sit stone-faced as Spears tongue-kissed Madonna during the racy opening number at the MTV Video Music Awards.
A few hours later, during a performance at Roseland ballroom, Timberlake did a barbed rendition of 'Cry Me a River' in which he crooned lyrics from Carly Simon's 'You're So Vain.' He repeated the line 'I bet you think this song is about you' over and over, a none-too-subtle slap at Spears. When the song ended, Timberlake said, 'It is.'

Britney Regrets Announcing Year Out
Britney regrets announcing her plan to take a year out from her career because
it spared reports she was struggling to cope in the pop limelight. After a
turbulent year which included a well-publicized split from singer Justin Timberlake,
a disappointing debut movie and her parents splitting up - Britney decided
she was in need of a break. But she now realizes informing the world of her
hiatus was a "mistake." The star says, "You're supposed to

Contact Music reports British pop punks Busted are divided when it comes to
the issue of women - singer Charlie Sompson loves Britney while bandmate James
Bourne prefers Avril Lavigne. Although the hitmakers have become the new sex
symbols of pop, they have differing opinions when it comes to which celebrity
stunners they would like to date. Charlie says, "I like Britney, without
a doubt! I love the whole revealing your body thing. I like a girl in an open,
low cut top. I like it when Britney wears a short top because she's got such
a great stomach. She looks good in a short skirt, too." James argues,
"My ideal girl is Avril Lavigne. Every time I see her she looks amazing,

Howard Stern Opines On Britney Spears Performance
Howard Stern said on his radio show this morning that he watched the NFL pre-game
show last night on ABC, which featured a performance by Britney Spears. Howard
and the guys spent a short time talking about how she does the same hit songs
every time she does stuff like that. At one point she has her pants pulled
off by a couple of other dancers and her panties almost came off. Artie Lang
said that was the only time his head came off his pillow during the game.
Howard said he didn't think she looked all that good in the panties either.
He said he'd still bang her though. Artie and Howard talked about how she
really likes to be a little whore when she performs. Howard said he loves
the band (Aerosmith) and made Britney Spears look like a jerk when they performed

Brit kicks off new song
BRITNEY SPEARS unveiled her latest single, Me Against The Music, at the NFL
Kickoff Live concert in Washington last night.
She performed at the show, to open the American football season, alongside MARY J BLIGE and GOOD CHARLOTTE, giving the new track its debut before launching into a medley of older hits.
The first track to be lifted from Britneys new album is an up-tempo call-to-arms that begins with the chanted introduction: All the people in the crowd/Grab a partner/Take it down. Much has been made of Britneys new mature direction, but the song is similar to 2001s Im A Slave 4 U.
Britney has also revealed that MADONNA is as good a kisser as actor COLIN FARRELL. She shared a smooch with Colin at the premiere of his film The Recruit and a raunchy snog with Madge at last weeks MTV Video Music Awards.

I'm sick of people not realizing that Britney isn't what she says she is. It's not rocket science, and by seeing the mirror image that she makes of herself, they're being as stupid as she is. They don't see the fakeness in everything that she does because they don't want to. They want to go on believing that she's the sweet girl from Louisiana when she's nothing of the kind. She's a bitch with a sweet front. Not to mention the fact that she's a horrible role model. All these skimpy clothing lines (ie: JLo, Mary Kate & Ashley among others) are coming out because young girls are beginning to think that showing skin will make them hot and will make guys want them. It's going to just make guys use them. She's causing so many problems and it's making me sick.

Honestly, I have never disliked a "star" so much in all my life, no one has pissed me off like she has, even Madonna was not so stupid, she is more of a business woman, and if she wanted to press buttons to piss the gov't or MTV off, she was great at it. I'm not a fan of hers much, but she at least has brains (sometimes). And Brit sings I love rock and roll, yeah, such an amateur and there was a POLE, yeah, got it Brit. I turned it off and watched Dead like me, much better. If only a toilet seat would kill Brit. By the way, is she a slave owner? Wait, I forgot the lies, she lies all the time to cover up and she will never stop that and the fact that she wanted Nsync fans to be jealous, remember she said she was going to wear a big ass ring on her finger to make everyone jealous and think that Justin gave it to her or something stupid like that. THATS WHY I HATE THIS GIRL. Yeah Justin seems just fine, and even better without her, has he sold more records that her?
I just hate how fake Britney is all the time. The way she speaks .. do you ever notice how she changes her voice to speaking like a duck? She is always saying things like "well awww .. thank you" in this weird annoying voice. Then her facial expressions. She has such a fake smile too .. it's like nothing is sincere with her. It annoys the hell out of me. If i were interviewing her, i would have to tell her "Would you cut the crap and be real for once!?"
Oo. I love expressing my comments about Britney. Obviously, Ms. Spears can't make it on her own. She has to use her artificial body, and her fake blonde hair to do it. When she turned her hair brown I was like "How disgusting" because that look did not fit her.. but than as she kept it for more than a week, it was like "Okay, maybe she's trying to change" Than that whole smoking ordeal, yeah, okay, why would anybody wanna smoke when they have a career as "big" as hers. Her new "image" is NO different than what she has been doing! So I wouldn't even call it "new" I would call it "old and boring". I've never disliked someone as much as Britney. Why? Because more people out there have at least some talent and if not, they are known for what little talent they have and aren't praised so highly. I hated her movie, "Crossroads" - why? The pole dancing; she took the innocent "Lucy" character and made her do things only Britney would do. The movie was just another way to get money or else her character would have stayed true to who she was suppose to be. "Lucy" wouldn't have dressed like a tramp and done a pole dance for men. Only Britney.
Her "new" image is exactly the same. Yeah, she finally lost the shirt completely, but of course she would. The only she has is sex because any one can sell it. First off, it should be "I know..." because if she really thinks she would be here if not for her sister, she's kidding herself. Anyone else notice that nothing she says has any confidence to it?! She "thinks" and "guesses" and uses fills words ("like" "um" "ya know") a lot. Plus, she sounds even more squeaky then Britney. They both have really annoying voices.

A white outfit vs a black outfit of Madonna... Britney has won black to
the VMA's for the last few years and went the opposite this year. Just an
observation, nothing more. The "fake" mole is really... well, fake
looking. Apparently she wore it because of Madonna...? I don't know exactly
since I've never been (nor will I ever be) a fan of Madonna. But Madonna had
the mole on the other side, I was told? Another thing Britney screwed up.
Doesn't surprise me. She ruins old songs and now messing up Madonna's thing.
It's odd how they have suddenly become so buddy-buddy. In my opinion, they
sell the same image so they connect. I don't know why people respect either
of them. Madonna may have some actual talent but her image is still what made
her popular.

Playing into the oldest male fantasy stereotype- it doesn't surprise me
that she would do it (especially with a big name like Madonna who also sold
a very sexual image to make a name for herself) but yet it's still annoying
as hell. But it worked. MTV and her teeny fans still talk about it. Some said
they wished Christina and Britney kissed... but why? If it was love, go for
it, but honesty her fans are so wrapped up in Britney's image they don't want
HER they want whatever image she is willing to give them. I'm sure some nice
teen boys are still masturbating to that scene.
I guess Justin wasn't amused - could it be he's as sick of her publicity

* I finally saw the beginning of the VMA performance so now I have a few comments. First, the whole thing was meant to be sexual, which is the most obvious tactic that's so overused by women especially. Madonna must have felt up Christina and Britney at least a half of dozen times. on the overall performance or the new song. I saw a clip on MTV and I heard
her voice yet her lips weren't moving. Odd...?! The last picture looks like
she's going down on the female dancer, as long as its moving, Britney's good
for it?! Another performance good only for those sexually needy. (Look about
at news for Howard Stern's opinion on the performance)

I honestly think sometimes this girl goes through her Barbie clothes and has people make them for her. I give it a 1. It's gross. The sheer sleeve makes the entire outfit look disgusting. The skin tight thing is way too 80's to look even remotely attractive. And the top of it looks like it's strangling her. (I wish it would...) The tightness of it is the same as it always is -- too tight. YUCK.

The electric blue color hurts my eyes, and the spandex-looking material of the dress looks like something Kelly from "Saved by the Bell" wore in the early nineties. And that one sheer sleve? Um, no.
