#2 FLASH: The Imposter (Continued)

Jack brought out his investigation kit and dusted the back of the chair. He took a picture of the fingerprint with the digital camera he had with him. He frowned as he noticed it was the size of a teenager.

Jamie pulled the trigger on her father. The mother screamed and looked at her daughter before the bullet flew into her head. She walked over to the table and looked over the chair to make sure they were both dead. Then checked the father, then turned around and walked up the stairs.

Jack turned around and walked to the railing leading up the stairs. He dusted it again and took a picture. He frowned noticing it was again the size of a teenage girl. He walked the rest of the way up the stairs and to her room and dusted the door knob looking at a very identical print after a quick dusting. he took a picture of it and then wiped the dust off of the door knob.
He cleaned everything he made and then left the house. He took off the plastic gloves he wore as he walked back to his car.

Jack sat down and jiggled the mouse and the screen came on. He hooked up the digital camera up to the computer and brought them up. He scanned all three and found them to be perfect matches, "It was the daughter. It was her all along, but why?"

*FLASH*

Who could one go to with information like this? He couldn't go to the FBI as a suspended janitor and tell them they were wrong. He would get fired directly on the case if they found out he was working on a case. Even suspended from the FBI itself with no pay. He had exactly eight thousand dollars in the bank at that point. And could not afford to be suspended from the FBI.
He returned to work the next morning but kept his eyes and ears open. Why was the case given to Janson. He works with rape victims. He could not just simply take it easy with the Dargan City Rapist out there. But he is hiding low, Jack got too close to him. Jack watched as Fredrick's and Janson walked out of the FBI building with their suits and ties on. They found something new on the case. He thought to himself. Janson and Fredrick's  were partners, and they had to exchange all information between the two of them. Jack was suspended too early to grab a partner, which was just fine for him since he was more effective working alone anyways.
Much to Jack's surprise the whole day wore on without one word of the Jamie Labardo kidnapping. In the late afternoon Fredrick's and Janson returned to the office. A few minutes later Fredrick's left the office and went down the hall to his own office. A few minutes after that Janson walked up to Jack with glaring eyes, "Agent Pullman, can I see you for a minute?" he said and turned around again.
"As soon as I am finished with this floor." He said and continued to mop.
Janson turned around with a growl, "No I think you will accompany me now. oblige me Agent Pullman." He said and walked into his office.
Jack leaned the mop against the wall and walked into his office, "What is it?"
"Close the door." He said and Jack did so.
Janson sat down and leaned back in his seat placing his fingertips together watching Jack. He shook his head as he laughed in a mocking way silently to himself, "I went back to the Labardo household Agent Pullman. And I noticed that a few finger prints were missing. I didn't want to make any accusations quite yet but then I got suspicious and called Fredrick's. He wasn't at the house, I called Assistant Director Hastol, and he said that I was the only person assigned to the case."
Where are you going with this?" Jack asked as he leaned against the door crossing his arms over his chest.
"Walk to my file cabinet and tell me what you see?Agent?Pullman." He said with a deep glare. Jack's heart jumped for a second as he pushed himself to his feet. Slowly he walked to the filing cabinet and saw some fingerprints, "Now, Agent?Pullman," he said exaggerating the name with his anger, "What do you see?"
"I see finger prints." He said looking at them closely.
"Yea? And can you identify those fingerprints. Or should I simply tell you."
"Doesn't matter Agent Janson, you'll be just as pissed either way."
"Before I tell you about your future suspension from the FBI, I would love very much so to ask, why the fuck you were fucking around in my office last night. And why you went to the Labardo household and destroyed very valuable information about this case." He said leaning back again!" he yelled with pure rage.
"Because you have it all screwed up." Jack said walking back to the corner of the dimly lit office.
Is that so? Is that your only excuse?" he asked, which Jack responded to with a nod, "Therefore I shall retort. This is my god damn case, and you have no fucking reason to fuck with it. Is THAT understood?Agent?Pullman!"
     "She wasn't kidnapped."
"I don't give a shit about what you have to say dick head. This is my fucking case, it belongs to me and Fredrick's since he is my partner.
"You are not listening to me?"
"Your damn right I am not listening to you! And you know why? Because its all bullshit!"
"Bullshit? Tell me something Janson, what kind of kidnapper would not leave a ransom note?"
