History:

Traci Fenton had just gotten back together with her old boyfriend, Gary Wilens when he was transformed into the Electrolord. However she did not learn of his dual identity, nor of his new membership in the superhero team The Force of Nature. Traci was however, too busy with her own job to actually notice and the distance between Gary’s home and job in New York and Traci’s in Boston. After Gary returned from a Business Trip He invited Traci to come with him and other friends of theirs to Greece. Traci, was hesitant at first because most of the other people in the group were couples and she wasn’t quite ready to push her relationship with Gary so far forward so quickly. Gary However, was uncharacteristically smooth in convincing her on this occasion and she gave in after hearing that she would have her own single cabin rather than having to share one with another person.
During the trip Traci’s original take it slow attitude towards her time with Gary slipped and the two were at each other as if the past six year’s separation had never occurred. In fact, the two were so close that Gary chose to disclose to her the secret of his Powers and identity as the hero Cyberbolt. Traci was initially angry with Gary for keeping such a momentous secret from her but she as quickly forgave him when she realized that distance would no longer be a problem in their relationship. As the two enjoyed the Vacation together Gary bought her ancient bronze pendant with the Greek symbol for time. Gary meant it as a pledge to be with her for her entire time on Earth but they would both soon find that the pendant would lead Traci to have more to do with Time than any one on the face off the earth.
A Few days later Gary and Traci discovered an ancient Greek temple in ruins that had somehow been left off the tourist maps. On a lark, the adventurous couple chose to explore the temple. As they strode among the various statues and columns they discovered a wall with and odd pattern etched into it. at the center was a depression that was an exact duplicate of Traci’s new Pendant. Gary jokingly suggested she try to push her pendant into the depression hoping it would reveal some secret Treasure Room.
Traci complied lightly and before she realized what had happened she found herself in a brightly lit Chamber that looked like the temple only in perfect condition. As she looked around she found that Gary was nowhere to be seen. It was then that she saw a cloaked figure with a shadowed hood at the far end of the chamber she approached and the figure addressed her. It was Chronos. The Greek God of Time. Chronos bid Traci welcome and told her that she had been Chosen to succeed him as Master of the Time stream. As Traci stammered in reply Chronos explained her duties and powers that she was now capable of manipulating and controlling the passage of Time. She was to insure that history was preserved and to inlist those who could help in preventing it from being dangerously altered. As Traci tested her newfound powers Chronos left leaving her with the moniker of Lady Time. Traci used her powers to alter her form to something more befitting a superhero. Satisfied with the results she changed herself back and opened a temporal doorway to where Gary stood as she strode through it she discovered that only a few seconds had passed. She informed Gary of what had happened and displayed a few of her powers to him. He enthusiastically convinced her to join the Force of Nature Traci agreed and as soon as they arrived stateside she began her work as a specialist in time travel.

Powers:

As the master of the Timestream Traci has complete freedom of movement from one era to another and can in fact, maintain herself in two eras at once. Also Traci has the ability to sense ripples or tears in the fabric of time and can trace them to a very instant in time.
Traci can alter her form and usually appears as a very attractive brunette in brown Monk’s robes with an intentionally forgettable face. Traci has learned that she is an immortal as a result of her powers. She has not learned the extent of her immortality but she seems to be impervious to most forms of attack. Traci does not age but she can control the aging of another person and can therefore make them either very young or age them to the point of death. (she has fortunately vowed never to kill.)
Traci can also evolve or devolve a person changing them into a monkey with human intelligence, or a human with a monkey’s mentality. Traci can transport herself and others through time or she can apparently stop time altogether and allow people to move about freely during such a frozen state in time.
