These two pictures here are form the game done by gameshark. Its C+- edited. This wan't at the game time of Citadel's Programming time. The first picture shows The name citadel under the bond picture and the second one shows that its under a question mark.

Here is the test level that is the bunker which the Citadel looked like? This is somthing the citadel level could have been but it wasn't. Only part of the level looked some like Bunker levels. So that also suggests it being the level where rare tested all there stuff which was true too. THis level the create yard was use as the basic Citadel, you can do jumping and all kinds of stuff just the kind of level that would have been used for testing which was used for.
This picture here is known as a beta picture none gameshark edited. This shows here that the citadel was once a multi player level. And this is a REAL picture so be happy it's here.
Here shows even more prove of it being a single player level. Becuase this picture here is a edited picture using gameshark and the name on the egypt level was edited to say Citadel which si true but in fact that it was never placed there it was located next to the Bunker1.
This picture here is unknown to many many site's but it's REAL many sites think it's BETA but Um nope. It shows you all the info about the level includeing the objectives. Note that it says "Emeny Complex" This is one of it's name and would of been it's real name too it also could have meant that the complex was once a single player level and that it was edited to large amounts yep and it was too.
Kay now many sites belive that this is real it shows it even more that this level was a single player level. It has the same exact picture yet smaller as the picture before had in it. and it is completely not edited. This level is real and this was one of the couple pictures that made it out there.Fakes
Here is a other picture Complex just the only thing diferent here is the name, now this came from where they had a space problem yep. The correct Name is "Emeny Complex", it got rename to this and after got cuted from the game casue this level wasn't made in time.
                 


Now this one is a editor Citadel I don't know how it gto out but it's de Citadel the only problem here is that this is the part that looks like that Bunker and it's edited at the time.


Kay these three I got from some 'Goldeneye 003 Site', there not Citadel but look soooo much like more like ALOT, foreal but are not it. It's the Facility Redited with nothing in it. Good try 003 Goldeneye Site.
