The Earth Dragon Balls can grant 2 wishes from the list below. You can not wish for the same wish more than once.
I. Triple Pl, Sp, or Ki or Double Hp for one person.
II. Wish someone back from the dead.
III. Wish for any 2 items not exceeding the price of the Dragon radar, or a new radar.
IV. Wish for one move from any race, as long as you fit its requirements.
V. Wish to be taken to any planet in the universe.

The Namek Dragon Balls can grant 3 wishes from the list below. You can not wish for the same wish more than once.
I. Triple Pl, Sp, or Ki or Double Hp for multiple fighters.
II. Wish someone back from the dead.
III. Wish for any 2 items not exceeding the price of the Dragon radar, or a new radar.
IV. Wish for two move from any race, as long as you fit its requirements.
V. Wish to be taken to any planet in the universe.

In order to grant these wishes you must find all seven dragon balls. To find them you need to have a dragon radar. It takes 5 days to find them. If multiple people/groups are looking for them you will have to fight for them.
